Fantastic BBQ, never had the brisket cut up they way did it. Pulled pork was 🔥🔥 tender and juicy so was the brisket. Coleslaw is great compared to regular slaw. Great price, for great food.
Cindy Lou's BBQ knows what they're doing. I ordered the brisket sliced, with jalapeño rice and cheesy mash potatoes. The brisket is packed with a rich smoke flavory. I got the spicey BBQ sauce with it, and the sauce compliments the smokey flavor perfectly. I picked up a slight citrus flavor in te sauce and it is really nice. Great place to eat and a hidden treasure. Thanks for the awesome meal for a couple of out of town workers. Recommended for catering and a quick bite. Brisket is epic and smoked to perfection.
