This small place offers a good variety of ice cream, with a much higher quality than other creameries tried in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, the Service courteous. However, the prices seemed a bit high compared to what was offered: the quality is there, but the Price quality ratio could be improved.

Really disappointed with my experience here. The employees had tubs of ice cream just sitting out on the countertops instead of keeping them in the freezer. I’m guessing it’s to make scooping easier, but that’s no excuse — there were flies hovering over the ice cream. It’s unhygienic and honestly kind of gross. Definitely not what I expect when going out for a treat.

Monica L needs to learn customer service. I’ve been in there 4 times in past month and every time she makes my order, it’s lacking in toppings and filling container. Please learn how to pack a container and give the customer the proper amount that they have paid for. Ridiculous to pay $12 for ice cream and only get 3/4th of a container.

Had Line going out the door! Asked to use bathroom and was told they dont work after watching employee leave them! Your restrooms advertise available if asked! Slow service, poor accommodations!

My sister wanted to come to this place and so she finally got what she wanted. I love the ice cream over there, and I'm also glad that I got extra frosting. Even if it was an accident, which I was ok with.
Pretty expensive for a little bit of ice cream. The floor is gross and overall poorly kept. Baskin robins is far better and a third of the price.

Product is good but customer service sucks. They have young girls that don’t even know what they’re doing. Asked if they do anything for birthdays (after we had already selected a cake we wanted) and they said you get $5 off a purchase for rewards in the app. So we got out of line to sign up which was kinda lengthy, only to find out all they would do is BOGO. We got back in line to buy the ice cream cake that was clearly all iced over and by itself that was priced $12.25. When we got to the register they acted confused about it being marked down, went to the back for a long time, only to come back and say the cake was full price and it was a promo cake. Then we nicely asked if we could at least get $5 off it for his birthday and for the misleading info and they refused to do anything, even though we spent a while in there in totality. For already being overpriced as well as the workers not appearing to be very versed in working their job, won’t be going back.

I needed to ask them for a lid for my remaining ice cream, I stood at the front for a solid 5 minutes with no employees in sight. Mind you the rapture didn't happen, Jason didn't scare them off, they were in the very back laughing their butts off, doing who knows what. Anything besides their jobs.
Highly disappointed. How do you manage to hire an entire crew of incompent employees who don't watch the store? Bad leadership, that's how. Great ice cream, Horrible customer service.
I've seen several reviews on these same employees, So clearly the owner of this location could care less about good customer service.

This is the first time I write a review about a place, buy never had an experience like yesterday. This was the first time I went to eat an ice cream to this place. I will start with the stuff and service was really rude, with the face of not wanting to be there and I even felt their contempt for the fact that we were Latinas. When it was time to order they made faces at us and when it was time to pay they threw the pencil at us to return the signed receipt. There were three girls and none of them gave customer service in the right way. With my money I choose where I go to eat and I will definitely not come back here.

We went at about 1:30 pm on 5/18 .Customer service was extremely rude . We tried ordering a strawberry mango smoothie she cut me off and said we don't have mango. I asked what other smoothie we could do and she said we don't have ice to make smoothies and walked away before before we could actually order anything. Somebody else came over after another minute to take our order. When we received the milkshake we ordered it was 100% lukewarm liquid it was almost the equivalent of "flavored milk". My friend ordered a oreo milkshake and his was just as bad we both had to throw them away. Aside from the service,food mishandling and quality there were tables that were to dirty to sit at so we just left.
