Just another establishment that seems to be more interested in telling a paying customers companion to wait outside because the table thats clearly more than 6 feet away from everyone is just is off limits for no reason.. the covid excuse is getting watered down and everyone knows the regulations so.... maybe don't leave tables set up if you don't intend on sitting people. I was ready to spend money on the machines as well as drinks but the level of customer service was just really unattractive. No wonder they are hiring the current employees spend most the time looking for any excuse to have power of someone else.... literally your only job is make sure the customer is happy. Sucks because this place has so much potential.

I was a regular Cooper's customer Until today and I will never go back to another Coopers ever. This is unbelievable. I broke down this morning, my phone was dead and I could not charge it because I have a68 Dodge Monaco. The only place open was coopers, so I went in to ask if I could plug in long enough to make a call for help, And she says no, So I ask if its OK to use their phone to make a call for help and she says NO. I tried to reason with her she was very rude and didn't care that I'm not from here, that I'm broke down, that my phone's dead. For much I go there that was the worst customer service I've ever had and I will never go back and I recommend no one else go there as well. Where's supposed to help each other for God sakes.
