Given the location and hours (closed weekends), this place is likely a better fit for people who work in the industrial/SE area. Pros: quality of meats. I tried the gabagool 5/5 for flavor. Philly cheesesteak 3/5 didn't like the bread quality or cheese blend, it's advertised as provolone and Swiss, but it tasted off. Meatball , Dante too much mustard. Mac salad and canolis were great!
Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating. Clean eating area and bathroom. Loved the choices. They will make any sandwich into a salad. Awesome!

First time here today. Gabagool was top notch, tasty and substantial. The fire roasted red peppers really make this sandwich special. The grilled Pinocchio was also very good with marble rye, but the pastrami was a little too gristly, and there could have been more of it. We will definitely be back to try everything else!
Good was good, always a fan of a well done sammich and they nailed it. 5/7 would recommend.

Omg i have to say was skeptical about this place at first. The short stalky kid was down talking there newer employee who by the way is amazing she is so friendly and smart. Ne ways he was just mean for no reason and the big guy with tat on ear no better as soon as the girl left the area them as well as what im is assuming the manager all huddled and proceeded to talk negatively very unprofessional as well about the poor girl who u can tell knew they were talking about her but went about her work. Then the short guy proceeds to smack smack smack the sandwich hes maki g smashing down flat what looks like stuffing crams the sandwich together wraps it and tosses to the side taking no consideration that the people r watching him make the sands.and then is rude to me hope he isnt high up because deff the downfall of the buisness. The girl up front now shes mangmnt all the way knows her stuff. Big guy too with tat overall ill go back but not for shorty for the food and that lovely miss. Carrie or corey i believe. Have been going here for several years--Best deli in Salem! Was eager to try it out since the recent change in ownership, and I'm happy to report that it's only gotten better! Same great food, and they've even made the ordering flow more efficient! Looking forward to my next visit
