Ordered the Loco Moco. Rice, burger patty, mushrooms gravy and a fried egg. Parts of rice were crunchy/undercooked and there was no egg. Burger patty and gravy were good.

Surprisingly good food for a hospital! Nice variety, good hot food, grab and go cold options. I have had four children at this hospital and after so many appointments and imaging here, I've spent some serious time in this place. After birth I would sometimes consider Creekside as a destination for dining! Affordable, family friendly seating, and close to the playground!

I just gave birth and have not eaten in over 24 hours… this is what I was served… I asked for a bagel and cream cheese. Way to take care of new moms… I’m sick of this place

I ordered a club sandwich and French fries. I went to pay for my items while they made my sandwich, and when I went back. The toast was burnt, not toasted but burnt. I asked if that was mine, the girl making it said yes, with a bad attitude. Then I said I didn't want that burnt toast. She then really changed her attitude. I get it. I, too, work customer service, but this was beyond extremely rude.
Must have been a bad day for some of these reviewers because this was a great experience. Heavy Plus on the homemade chicken pot pie.

I had just come from visiting my gravely ill sister in the ICU. Needless to say, I was feeling pretty crushed. When I arrived, it was clean, calm and quiet. I didn't have much of an appetite but the meal I ordered was deliscious and freshly cooked while I watched. Most importantly, your staff seemed to know just what I needed and they treated me with professionalism, patience and kindness. I referred my other sister when she arrived from Seattle the next day. She told me later that her experience was much like mine.It just reminds me that it's not always about the 5 star restaurant, it's about the humans that make it run. My sister passed a couple days later but your staff truly brightened my day...at least for a couple hours. Thank you❤️
