I’d leave a zero star rating.
Get to the speaker box and the rude lady said. I am not taking your order. Good bye.
And she proceeded to yell at me as we passed the pickup window and screamed I’m not taking any orders don’t you understand.
DQ this is unprofessional. Didn’t even give me a reason as to why.

For a fast food place , I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was very relaxing. The cashier was super nice. If I ever make it back to Portland I will be back.
Horrible service, the cashier named Maria must’ve been having a bad day or something but that sucks, there’s no good reason to be straight up disrespectful to customers and their children
Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t bring my family here, restaurant is very dirty and poorly managed. Don’t come here expecting quick service or good customer service for that matter.

Rude staff who won't get your order right, and refuse to make it right. You ask for a simple Butterfinger blizzard with extra Butterfinger, you get an overpriced vanilla milkshake, and when you ask them if they put any Butterfinger in it, they tell you yes and close the window on your face before you can even ask them for more. They very clearly don't want to talk to you, and don't want to spend the time to remake your order right. Not the first time this has happened here. Terrible service, terrible staff. You're better off making your own.

Let me start off by saying it has been a while since I ate at any dairy queen. I went yesterday, and it was disgusting, to say the least. hamburger was microwaved. bun was wrinkled and discolored like it had been sitting in moisture. ketup and mustard were steaming hot and almost burned my mouth. on top of that, there was a hair in my ice cream. I will not be going back to Dairy Queen for a long time. Sad that they went downhill so fast.
