No one will take your order if you go inside even when the the drive through line is empty 😂 makes sense this is the worst rated one in Salem

An employee called, antagonized, and harassed my business after an incident they had that didn’t involve us. I’ve already reported the behavior to the corporate line and requested camera footage be pulled, it is absolutely unacceptable for you to take personal problems out on a neighboring business. The female ‘manager’ needs copious amounts of training if she has EVER been trained, instead of diffusing the situation she harassed people who weren’t even involved.

horrible place will not allow kids to use the restroom unless they make a purchase first if business has gotten that bad to where no customers are buying it is time to go OUT OF BUSINESS and just SHUT IT DOWN THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE ARE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Service is slow and prices are too high.
I did give another chance and you got some lazy worker at night that refuses to keep food ready to you have to wait forever to get your fast food. And they also give you your ice cream which just melts in the car while you wait.

Worst service I have ever received at any Dairy Queen location, not sure if employees are over worked or under payed. Will not be coming back to this location . Would suggest driving 25 mins out the way to a better location instead

The worst dairy queen restaurant. Avoid this one at all costs.
I get my order and ask for lids on my blizzards and then she hands it back with the ice cream seeping down the cup and doesnt wipe it- just says oh sorry. I got two blizzards allover my new car and clothes. and then she forgot about the sundae so I had to remind her.
Then cherry on top: our drink for our sons meal was forgotten and we couldn’t even call to get it rectified because they have NO WORKING PHONE. It’s disconnected.

This is my go to when I want fast food since it’s close to my home. This is the second time that I go and this young male is at the drive thru window he is very rude seems like he’s in a rush to just get you out of there which is not nice at all

If I could give - stars I would my dad came here for blizzards tonight being in the 90. He asked for his blizzards not to be flipped as he had just bought his truck and previously at this location they flipped it in his truck and had to be taken to be cleaned. So again didn’t want them flipped. They proceeded to tell him it’s policy and they have to. So he asked for a manager she really told him she can either refund it or flip it. (I’ve worked for DQ for years. If you don’t want your blizzard flipped YOU paid for it YOU have every right. Never going here again.
Sketchy/drug people outside. Entrance smelled like weed. Cold fries ended up throwing them away. Over charged. We will NEVER go back.
