Just pulled up to the Dairy Queen because my phone said they are open until 11, I got there at 10:25 and sat at the drive through for maybe 30 seconds before realizing they are likely closed. Right as I’m about to pull away, a younger brunette girl swings open the back door and VERY rudely yells at me “we closed at 10” and gives me a nasty look. I didn’t know they had closed already and I had not said anything in the speaker. Rude employees.

It was 10 o’clock and the drive thru open light was on and the hours sign on the door stated they were open until 11 for the drive thru. I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes the pulled forward to the window but no one answered the speaker or ever came to the window. There was a kid inside moping the floors he looked up at me then just kept on moping. Waited about 30 minutes total leaving around 1030 never getting acknowledged or helped.

This place has a horrible manger tonight. Refused us service and told us to go to McDonald’s for ice cream just because my husband had said give us a moment. This whole thing took lass than 1 minute from pulling into the drive thru to leaving because he refused service and told us to leave.

Ive never left a review before….but this pissed me off. Went to the Dairy Queen on Lancaster drive tonight, pulled up to the drive through and they asked for my order. I wasn’t even stopped 30 seconds and I said give me a minute. There was 4 of us in the truck, the manager claimed I was being rude and denied us service because I said give me a minute. He walked out the back door and told us to leave and was refusing service simply because I said give me a minute. Completely unprofessional on his part, and needs to be talked to by higher up at the very least.

Horrible employee giving a bad attitude to every customer. Asked her to please not touch my food after touching cash. She went off on me telling me to respect her. Then she went off on a customer in the drive thru

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, booth seating, table seating, Easy, clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, tables with room to pull up a wheelchair and room to maneuver thru the seating area. Front counter low enough for ordering from a chair.

So I gotta say this place is gettin to be ridiculously bad. This is right next to my work so I used to eat here several times a week. They have always been under staffed I totally understand that. But they were always really sweet and food was good and fresh. Well since they hired new manager some got fired some quit and now this place is a real joke. Today they had 1 car at window 1 car ordering in drive thru. And No customers inside and it's 1pm. It was completely empty but it still took 30 min to get my food and the burgers were cold fries seemed like they were few hours old and only 2 people working. This again used to be my goto for luch 2 to 4 times a week. Now I only go when I don't have time to drive somewhere. Something needs to happen like get a better manager..

They couldn't make the burger right. I ordered a backyard bacon ranch burger, no modifications or anything, just right off the menu. The first one they made had ketchup instead of barbecue sauce, and no onion rings. The second one still had no barbecue sauce, and had mayo instead of ranch.
At least the place was clean and the employees were nice and professional.
