Take a long time to make food

Waited in drive through line for about 20 minutes. Was told when we got to the window that the person in front of us ordered “a lot of food” (according to the rude female worker). Kind of weird that the only one small bag handed to them. When we said that, the worker replied with “yeah, there was a lot of food in the bag” which is total BS. Still sitting in drive through as I write this.

Sebastian and Lily were on staff when I came in late after a shift of my own around 11pm. Systems were slow and down but the staff was incredibly friendly during the wait and exceeded my expectations of customer service during a difficult time. They adapted quickly and made sure the waiting line was taken care of while juggling immature patrons ahead of me. Very responsible staff and made my night with their positive and lighthearted attitude despite it all !

I wanna give a big shout out to Mike working around 2pm. The customer service this guy provided me was above average. I couldn’t see pricing right and he was able to point it out. Very knowledgeable. He was super friendly and helpful. Super patient with me cause I had to two boys rushing for ice cream 🍦 Thanks making a great Monday

Amazing food and service it's clearly extremely understaffed but despite that the very young manager worked hard to get my food out as fast as he could.

We love DQ but this has been the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. The order box was broken so we pulled up to the window as directed with the message written on a piece of paper taped to a cone. We waited SO LONG for the car infront of us. Then we placed an order for four hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge and it took so long. At one point I saw one made but then both people working left to go to the back together and for a very long time. Once the order arrived the quantity was not good. One was so overfilled it went everywhere when opened but if only ice cream not the two extra toppings paid for, while the others were under filled and even though we asked for extra it was not given. I watched one employee lick their finger while working. I won’t be coming back to this location it was terrible all around.

I stopped ordering food from Dairy Queen as a whole because it just takes way too long to spend was too much money on terrible food.

But I love the blizzards so much. But this last time, my dasher sat and waited an hour for my order. He apologized repeatedly because when they gave it to him it was already melted. Sent me a picture when he got it and it was just fully melted. Ordered at 10:10pm got it at 11:30. I am less than 4 minutes away from this store. An hour for melted ice cream is absolutely insane.

This location is the absolute worst. Please go to any other dairy queen other than this one. The employee is here like to eat.Food with customers are waiting in the lobby for their orders or waiting to place an order. They also like to swear while customers are in the lobby and argue with each other while talking trash about their co-workers.That aren't there right now. You can tell it's a disorganized mess in that nobody knows what they're doing and nobody can follow direction or give it. The shift lead looked more interested in just having fun time with her co workers than being the boss. The person I assume is the store manager was sitting at a table with a headset on giggling while looking at a laptop so probably just sitting there messing around while getting paid and not caring what his employees are doing. I hope somebody really important in the dairy.Queen chain sees this review and fires.The people working there that are causing the store to suck so bad.

This place needs more employees and to hire ones who are more professional!
These gals at the front register are just hollering at each other back and forth about unrelated work topics, not greeting any customers as they walk through the door (just a heads up to anyone who works in the service industry, GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS ASAP, this will buy you time) and a dude just walked past the register with a line out the door, checked his phone and went on with his break……the lobby is at 79 degrees you need more staff for hot days like today!!! Highly dissapointed. Will not be returning.

Probably the worst DQ in the PNW. You’ll be in line for about 30-1hour every single time and I’ve lived in this area for years. Also when we were sitting in line, one of the workers came out and yelled at other workers who were just sitting out side by their car “I need some help in here.” Very unprofessional. This place needs help, BIG time.

About 10:15pm they close at 12am.Ordered 2 blizzards and only had one car in front of me, sat in line for over 10 minutes. Finally get up to the window and they giy workinf the window takes my money and then turns his back to me and pulls out his phone and plays on it for a couple minutes then hands me my blizzards they were already melting. Then I get home and me and my husband get about 2/3 of the way done with them and the whole bottom is just vanilla ice cream. No toppings mixed in it at all. Very disappointing

Sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes, gently honked my car horn to notify them. Proceeded to get screamed at by one of the employees. Drove off without service
