This Dairy Queen is the best. They make their blizzards the best way possible. Perfect mixing and they always look like the picture when they serve it to you. My family members drive to this Dairy Queen from different parts of town because it’s so much better than the others. However the atmosphere is a little similar Waffle House - You will likely see some shady people inside this DQ but it’s worth it. It’s improved a bit since they remodeled the inside.

Usually I would just go inside the store. But I was by myself with a sleeping child in the back. Pulled up to the menu/drive through and waited. No one answered, so I thought maybe the speaker was out? Nope, went to the window and there were 4 employees behind the counter laughing and having a great time. 2 of which had mics on their heads just ignoring the window and drive through. Keep in mind I was the only one at the window and drive through.I was ignored at the drive through window before but just pulled around and they were more than helpful that time.Just go home if you don’t want to do your jobs.

I occasionally come here late after work and many of the night crew members here are some of the kindest and best employees I have met. One individual helped me when I was having issues with a gift card and was incredibly kind and patient. They deserve everyone's support. Thank you so much for making my night!

Absolute train wreck. Watched two of their staff get into an argument because of scheduling issues. When the issues ensued one was running around apologizing for everyone but then also shifting blame. Wrong food was being delivered to the wrong table, had to be returned to the counter by the customer and then the same food was then delivered to another table. This place needs to be shut down and overhauled

I ordered food inside at 317 and after 40 plus wait went up to the front counter to find out what was taking so long to make the food. The front staff member proceeded to get the lead. The lead seemed too be busy making excuses about why they had "misplaced" my order than providing professional customer service. I got a refund on my order and that was the best part of my experience, I guess. I would recommend not making excuses and just correct the matter at hand in future situations.
