I ordered the $7 meals, 2 of the 3 piece chicken strips and one of the cheeseburger. I got three spites with gas only, soda is out, 3 sundaes one strawberry and two chocolate because they were out of hot fudge. When I drive my grandson home he opened the bag and only had one 3 piece meal and a cheeseburger meal. I googled the phone number and it says the phone is busy so you can’t call. I drove past it on the way home, the man don’t get his meal. Terrible

Very disappointed that they didn't have chocolate ice cream. No Dairy Queen should fail to have chocolate ice cream.

I ordered 4 piece chicken strip basket, and a med blizzard. The total came out to a dollar more than if you ordered them separately. Manager was rude and dismissive when I asked why it was more as a combo than separately. She gave me a dollar and walked away as if it was too much to explain. I paid $2 to upgrade the tenders to get a drink, then they only took $1 off the full price of the blizzard. While waiting in a parking spot for the tenders I went in and confirmed ordering them separately was indeed $1 cheaper to order separately...

Ordered on mobile app. Got in to get a dipped cone. Told sorry we ran out about a week ago. Can I get my money back I asked. Sorry you will have to come back for that too. I will call the company to get a return. It should have been updated on the app

Asked to pull forward to wait while no vehicles were behind me. Parked for almost 10 minutes served a disgusting cheeseburger with an overload of ketchup and mustard and 2 small chicken tenders. I didn't eat the cheeseburger, its appearance was gross and I was given zero napkins. The integrity and work ethic here was very low.

Had a good experience with the workers on a busy Friday night. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait and we got all of our food.

The lobby is never open and there is no signage posted giving notice or reason. It has been like this for months. Why bother being open if you're not going to be open for all of your customers?

The worker preparing the food was not wearing any gloves, touched his hair and didnt wash hands. Had order messed up and didnt get all the food we ordered and had to wait longer while the workers were having a yelling at each other. Also we said take out anf they gave food to us as dine in.

I had onion rings, and my wife had a hot fudge sundae. Both were fine, but they forgot my order till I went to the counter looking for it. By then my wife's sundae was mostly gone. It's an older store, and looks like it. It's fine just nothing special.

These workers don’t use gloves while cooking food. The food is almost raw since they don’t bake it right. The cashier does not speak loud enough.

My daughter and I came through the drive-thru this evening to get ourselves a much needed delicious ice cream treat after a stressful weekend. Since it's the end of the month, funds are a little tight, but I figured the $12 I had in my wallet would be plenty for a sundae and a mini blizzard. Turns out, add-ons can quickly add up, and I ended up $2 and some change short. I told the young man that it would be okay if we didn't get one of the items, but instead, he's very graciously used to POS to take off some of the charges for add-ons that I had requested, bringing the total down to what I had on me. He absolutely did not have to do this. He could have refused service and written the already made items off as shrinkage. He really went above and beyond, and I regret that I didn't look closely enough at his name tag because I would love to shout him out by name. Small acts of kindness go a long way to building a loyal customer base, and this was such a sweet thing for him to do. You guys have a lifetime loyal customer from here on out! Give the dude working the drive thru evening shift on 03/31 a raise ASAP for outstanding customer service. The ice cream was delicious, as always. Thanks again, friend. You made our night.

Low quality workforce. They can't fill an order to save their lives. If you were stranded on an island with these people you would die of hunger. Go anywhere else and thank me later!

I'm pretty sure in the food industry you shouldn't have 3 inch acrylic nails while you handle something I'm about to ingest. Also, why is it that we are the only people at the drive through, order 2 items and are asked to pull forward and wait for 15 minutes while nobody is behind us the entire time. There were three staff and I had to go inside to finally get my drive thru order. Garbage.

Hire better staff and raise your standards Dairy Queen.

Homesless people approach you in the drive thru. The burger was sour and I could only eat two bites before throwing it away. Absolutely disgusting.
