Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I'm pretty sure in the food industry you shouldn't have 3 inch acrylic nails while you handle something I'm about to ingest. Also, why is it that we are the only people at the drive through, order 2 items and are asked to pull forward and wait for 15 minutes while nobody is behind us the entire time. There were three staff and I had to go inside to finally get my drive thru order. Garbage.

Hire better staff and raise your standards Dairy Queen.

Homesless people approach you in the drive thru. The burger was sour and I could only eat two bites before throwing it away. Absolutely disgusting.

I honestly don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. Almost every time I come the service is mid at best except when the mid age dude is working which is why service gets two stars. That dude makes sure everything is top notch. Today was awful got the ice cream way before the food was ready so it was melting before I left the drive way. The only thing in the chicken stripes baskets that tasted good was the chicken the frys where dark brown not golden and tasted awful. Think I honestly got to stop going here.

Blizzards where melted brought three then made me wait for the fourth one by that time the three where melted plu drink holder was crap son dumped melted blizzard all over himself and my car not happy

I would love to say this was great, because the last time we went there it was. But this time, the food was cold because the girl taking orders left it sit while she took more orders instead of handing us our food real quick. So, by the time we got our food, it was super cold. Plus, they charge .40 cents for a single piece of lettuce. I asked for no other condiments but added lettuce, and it was .40 extra. Unacceptable. The price would definitely offset since I didn't want pickles or anything else. Ridiculous.
Won't go back anytime soon.

Mark my words...I will NEVER be going to Dairy Queen again, especially this location. I'm surprised it is still operating. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I went to surprise my wife with some blizzards. I had a BOGO on their app. The lady asked me for my code which I gave her. Then she asked for my phone number and email which neither worked. The code did not work. She said, "there's nothing we can do!!" Really? Meanwhile, my blizzards were made and set on the drive thru counter. I was livid! She asked if I just signed up. No I didn't just sign up. I've used the app countless times. Just because their stupid computer system would not take my code, I was out of luck. That's what is wrong with our country! We really way too heavily on technology. I drove away angry before I did or said something I would regret. Terrible and rude service.

I was there for one of the BOGO specials and gave the guy the code from my app, which would expire in 15 min. and he couldn't figure out how to use it. Instead of asking for help from someone, he just outright refused to give it to me. The whole thing made me mad and broke my heart because I was looking forward to having something special.

Sandwich was made how I asked for it. They lost the burger, per the manager, and when I got my meal fries were barely warm. One sliver of onion, too many pickles and no tomato, lettuce or mayo! Should have taken the refund!

Very consistent in quality. I can always depend on my Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard being made exactly the same. Yummy!.

My husband went to get treats tonight. 2 blizzards and a milkshake. The worker didn't hold the blizzards upside down like they're supposed to. Sort of jokingly, he told the worker that he didn't do that. Quickly, the worker pulled one blizzard out of carrier and held upside down but really too late. The manager came over and literally BARKED at my husband for even mentioning it. We will NEVER be returning. The staff are VERY rude!!!

Food is about average for Dairy Queen, hut the staff is condescending and extremely rude. There are at least 3 other Dairy Queens in Salem. It's worth taking the extra few minutes to go to a different one. I will NEVER spend my money at this location again.

Thier food was hot, not really that tasty of a burger (#1). The fries were just small pieces and not seasoned well. I like to eat normal size fries, Most of them were so small they were hard to dip into ketchup without ketchup getting all over your finger. I would still come to dairy Queen for their ice cream products... But not for their burger and fries.

The girls working the window were short and snappy , we were parked for our order and when we got our gravy sauces they tasted like cleaner .never going there again
