The lady here always complains about you using a credit card and always badgers about using cash. I get that there is a fee but if I want to use my credit card I want to use my credit card. Aside from that she always complains when you take a fraction of a second too long, she complains in Spanish but I understand it. Other than that the donuts are decent for the price.

The customer service was very bad. Old Asian lady completely disregarded with anything else that I wanted. Didn't consider what else I wanted and proceeded to help another customer and talk to her coworkers about something else. Very bad customer service.
Absolute favorite place for Biscuits and Gravy!! Always hot always fresh....Do love the cleanliness and service, even if there is a massive line (forgive me do not know her name) she is always friendly, fast and efficient!!
I love this place and come OFTEN well I am looking at my bank statements today and they have MULTIPLE times added a nice tip to the check by either adding a tip altogether if I haven't or adding a 1 in front of the number I wrote. So please be aware when you go there to maybe bring your own colored pen so they can't do that. I just happened to catch it this time because it put my account in overdraft because I don't have money like that. So not only did they give themselves a tip on a $8 order of just handing me donuts but now I am paying a $25 overdraft fee!!!!! Scammers!!! It's really not gonna be worth that few extra bucks when someone sues u n u lose ur entire business so keep that in mind!

I am writing this more as Feedback, I am one who believes that all feedback is good. I myself prefer the negative ones. This at least tells me what I am doing wrong. Otherwise I would never know and keep doing the same thing. I have been going to this place since I was a kid going to South Salem High School over the years it has changed hands. And last night. My granddaughter and I went there. and it is a regular thing with us. We go there at least once if not twice a week. We always but a dozen donuts. I drop some off and one of my daughters house one box goes to my granddaughters house who comes with me and i get two put into a bag. We like the boxes for my daughters. Since no one like flat donuts or frosting stuck to the bag. Me on the other hand. Doesn't matter. So we went there last night and did not recognize the gentleman behind the counter. Usually there are two different ladies that help us. We proceeded to tell him our order and how we normally get two small boxes and a bag. He then got really upset and said that he has to pay extra for the boxes and that he would be losing money. I explain that we have been doing this over the last few years. and he said that his other employees were losing him money and that he was the owner. At that point I felt like he didn't appreciate our business. I told him that we were regulars and spend our money there. We also post to our social media accounts telling all my friends and family when we go there and what we get. We take pictures of the display case. And I reminded him that It takes a business months to find a customer and seconds to lose one. He didn't care. he just wanted to win. So if they read this. Hopefully they will learn that customer who come in to spend there money should be appreciated and not look as how much am I losing by having to serve you, But if anyone has any suggestions of a good late night donut place. Let me know.
