My pizza yesterday when I got it was spread everywhere, and semi burnt. The elderly guy that delivered was nice but the food was not good. I am very disappointed.

One star for the food I waited almost 2 hours to never get and 2 stars for the lady that processed my refund. I’ve ordered from this location several times and every time except once it took 2 hours to get my food. Tbh dominos really should look into 3rd party delivery.

If i could give zero stars I would they deliverd to the wrong house when i called to complain that i never recived my order the csr meliissa hung up on me and i had to call back. I orderd again and after an hour I called the store to check up on it they said it would take another hour so 2 hours in total and I could pick it up at the store even tho I orderd for delivery I asked to speak to the manager and the same csr who awnserd previously said she said shes busy and if u want your food to come pick it up at the store I still requested for the manager and the manager Kaitlyn said we'll im say the exact same thing if you dont like it come pick it up where busy and hung up on me I called back to cancel my order and she said from now on order from silverton road and hung up again I will never order from this dominos again and going to let other people know they do not care about customer service

Been here waiting I order my food at 8:35 and haven’t received anything yet my online order say it’s ready for pick up. The worst unprofessional place ever.

This location will either get my order wrong or take a very long time.
The food is usually right, but when it's not, there is no fixing it. They will not answer the phone no matter how many times you call. If you get frustrated enough to drive to the location after you've already paid for delivery, they will look at you with a blank stare when you ask them why they're not answering their phone... This has happened more than once. So much so, that we quit ordering certain items because they were always incorrect. If you go to the store and question them a third time, they will offer you an online credit that never arrives. Come to find out, Branch managers have no way of delivering an online credit. Overall food quality is great, as expected from Domino's, but the service is absolutely non-existent. If I could pay extra to order from a different Domino's, I would.

I made an order pretty late at night and was having trouble because I needed to do a split payment, but I was not able to get to the store location. One of the representatives answer the phone told me they weren’t able to do it so I gave up. I probably received a call back and he did everything in his power to make sure that I was able to get food tonight when I tried to give him the tip, he said that his heart was just telling him not to take it for some reason. Absolute nicest guy I appreciate you!

Ordered my pizza at 7:01, they said 20min. They gave me my pizza at 8:13. I waited over an hour and each time I would go to check in they said 20 more min. Didn’t even say sorry for the wait or nothing.
