This has got to be the worst Domino's in all of Oregon. Every time I order there they mess up my order or get it switched with somebody else's. I don't even know why half of these people have a job. You need to fire everybody and hire people with common sense who can read. Unfortunately, most of the people in Oregon can't do either one of those things. I suggest you take your business elsewhere and not waste your money at this establishment. And whoever makes the pizza does not know how to cook. I had a terrible experience at the Domino’s on Silverton Rd in Salem. I placed an order around 10:50 p.m., and as usual, it was wrong. I had to drive back to the store to get it remade, which was already frustrating. I finally got home with the corrected pizza around 11:20 p.m., and when I sat down to eat at 11:35, I almost bit into a piece of cardboard inside one of the slices.
Not only was this careless, but it could’ve caused serious dental damage. I could’ve broken a tooth. It’s unacceptable that something like this made it into the food. I’ve given this location too many chances, and this was the last straw. I will be reporting it to the health department and won’t be coming back.
If you value your time, money, or health, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Here are the pictures. Those employees don't deserve their jobs.

definitely miss the manager, Matthew natural observation. It used to be fun and uplifting going in there To pick up my pizza and now it’s Intense and quiet like nobody’s allowed to talk😕

I stopped in to order a pizza they told me it would be 10 minutes so I waited in my car and when it was done they delivered it. Great service and Stellar Pizza

This store is NOT a good place to work for or buy from. I have been working for this location for about 8 months now and the manager Mario definitely has his favorites. Esmeralda and Noe have been caught in 3 different occasions choosing the deliveries with the biggest tips and Mario dose nothing about it. I hope that the owner can see this and do something about it, look at all the negative reviews on this location. The only time I see people cleaning is when the inspector is coming. The inspector should show with out the manager knowing about him coming so he can really see what's going on. Please think twice about giving your hard earned money to this location. Find a better and cleaner place to buy pizza from.

Just trying to order through the app and then calling to ai person. After then I reached to someone to the location made it a big point that they were busy which I understood and was asking them why the prices were different when trying to order. Were they able to possibly price match but backed out last minute since he didn’t seem like wanted to take my order. I didn’t mind waiting an hour for the pizza my only problem was the price differences

Put in an order to pick up a few days later and when I called to check on it the phone just rang and rang. When I went to the store two women were just standing there not doing anything and listening to the phone ring and said they were “very busy” one woman went to hide and the other one used google translate to tell me the manager wouldn’t be there until 3:20 then that changed to 5.
This location does terrible work. Their employees can't handle a regular work load.

I can’t give this place a lower rating. My pies arrived 3 hours late, at 1:20 am. When trying to reach them the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Went to the store with pizza that had been left at my door steps overnight. A Hispanic women, whom I believe was named Esmeralda told me she could not refund me the money because she is just a store clerk. She said her store manager did would not come in till 5pm. When I asked her for her managers number she said she could not give it to me. When I asked her name she said she couldn’t give it to me. When I asked her the corporate number, she said could not give it to me. So now I’m feeling like Esmeralda is just lying to me. How do you not have the number to anyone above you? I explained to her that if she feels like she did nothing wrong then she shouldn’t have anything to fear, things happen and I understand that but I have already been inconvenienced by having to come to the store and I don’t want to return later. She said” I have no obligation to give you my name”
I explained to her, that in most other restaurants employees have name tags and those numbers are posted somewhere.
Her reply was “well this isn’t a restaurant”
Well then what is dominos pizza?
Called at 5pm, was told the manager wasn’t in till 6-6:30pm. Called again at 6:30 pm and the store manager, heard my story and told me he could not refund me my money till Monday. He can give me store credit, why would I want store credit at your restaurant after this experience? He said he could not do anything till Monday.
Is this the way dominos conduct there business? You have lost me as a costumer.

Ordered online. We got pasta, cheesy bread, and 2 pizzas. It took over an hr, and the pizza was a mess. It was obvious they threw our stuff around. Even tho the other dominos is further I rather go there. They take care of you order and deliver in a timely manner

Fix your app. Placed an order that had an estimated 15-20 minute pick up time. Showed up to restaurant 30 minutes after I placed the order. Only to be told that it wasn’t ready and it would be ready in 1 to hour and half.
