I ordered delivery tonight and my pizza, bread bites, and tots were burnt. My family and I had 1 slice before we just stopped eating it. The crust was practically non-existent and burnt at the same time. The bread bites were hard, dark brown, and the seasoning wasn't even on them, just thrown in the box. The tots were burnt so bad, the bacon was in edible. Really disappointed with the food bc the customer service is really good. ?

a week ago I ordered specialty pizzas and wings using no coupons so paid full price and pizza was well made and very good with garlic buttery crust and today I used a online coupon and pizza crust was plain and pizza had no flavor and did not get the sauces I ordered. So not sure what happened?also there was ants crawling on the counter when I went inside to pay and pick up. Ugh!

I ordered a Buffalo chicken with light cheese and when I called in for a replacement pizza as this one is obviously burnt and gross, I offered to bring this one back to show them & they said “that’s just how the pizza comes out” and none of any of the pizzas I order every Saturday come out like… so I wouldn’t recommend this location. Go The location by ihop is better at fixing mistakes, cuz as you know mistakes just happen sometimes

I've ordered honey BBQ chicken wings many many times before as they are my kids fav. However tonight's quality is pathetic and it's unfortunate how much I paid for this....Guess the only safe way is to do pick and check the quality before you pay or leave.
