On August 19 around 7 pm my husband and I were in the drive thru we were hit by another car your dutch team was so wonderful to us helping out and making sure everyone was okay. I just want to thank your whole team for there understanding and empathy through a difficult situation you have a great bunch of employees dont ever change thank you from your friends in Vancouver WA

I was deeply saddened to hear today, that one of my favorite people here, Keely was being transferred to Market Street. Since I have come to this Dutch bros for the past two years, it was extremely clear how much she genuinely cares for her customers. She has always been friendly, remembers my drinks, and always offers great drink suggestions and overall has provided exceptional service every single time. I’ve heard from other Dutch locations on commercial how successfully West Salem handles high volumes of customers, and I think that only is attributed to Keely and others who are dedicated to providing great service. Not only did this earn my loyalty, I feel like I am losing a friend who consistently made my day brighter by not being able to see her during my stops. 2 stars for the drinks that all taste the same lately. 1 star for how Dutch bros treats their employees. And 10 stars for Keely.

No ice for my ice water because you’re “saving it” for drinks? I mean if you don’t want to give the customer what they ask for then I’m not going to tip you. What good is ice water with no ice? Besides that, the coffee was not good, the people working in there looked like drug addicts, and overall it felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Just do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks. It’s so much better and cheaper with better service.

A drive up only kiosk on a busy street in West Salem. Staff were friendly and answered our questions with helpful suggestions for sugar-free options. We go far less than we used to because prices for their coffees keep creeping up, however today we needed it. Fortunate for us, they stay open later than all their competitors who close at 7, and for that, we are thankful. Sugar-free golden eagle x2 for the win!!
