Awesome! This particular one gets really busy tho, so pay attention to the drive thru signs so you don't end up blocking traffic on the main street! Cuz people will surely let you know by honking like an enraged duck at you!

Kinda clogs the road, but that just shows they have awesome people and awesome coffee. Very fast at filling orders. Employees are super friendly. Birthday coffee is pretty cool.

Worse service I have ever received at a Dutch Bros. Went to West Salem Dutch Bros and ordered 3 drinks. I was second in line but it took them at least 10 minutes to make my drinks; the other line came and went and I sat there; finally asked an employee passing by about my drinks and she went to check. More minutes passed by until she came back with them. One of my drinks was made wrong, but at that point I had no more time to wait. Even though I live in West Salem, will make a point of going to another Dutch location.

The staff is awesome but their hand blended rebels are GARBAGE. They like to leave chunks of ice so when you take a drink from the straw, the chunks of ice clog up the bottom of the straw. I always go back thinking it’ll be different but they always disappoint.
