So I went there this morning at 9:15 on Nov 9th. I love when the girls work there. But there is one gentleman today wearing a slipknot beanie hat that is just so disgusting. He makes disgusting noises he made them behind because he's playing around. I get equal opportunity but if you're going to be a joker at work the workplace is not and make other people late because you want to play around and play jokes. I think this young man should control himself. Stop jumping around. Super disappointed this morning.. Dutch managers be better be more professional when selecting the Young to represent the company

Dutch Bros just recently lost a customer. I have been getting my daily, or more, chai at Dutch Bros for years. Even willing to pay more for the exact same product than what The Human Bean charges, both use Oregon Chai. But Dutch Bros went and got greedier and raised their prices another 40 cents so now they are $0.85 more than The Human Bean for a medium chai. Not happy to leave but not going to pay that much more. The service is always top notch. Not complaining about the people working, they are always amazing. This is corporate greed and nothing else.

Dutch Bros workers are always friendly. Even when they are swamped . What I order is hardly a cup of coffee. but is always welcome on a hot day, I like their mocha freeze. Their hot chocolate is goo too. If you want coffee get an Americano. It's really hot, I leave room for a little ice.

Aside from all 5 of my drinks being mediocre, they had a hard time hearing my order because of their crusty music being so loud.I got 3 sodas, they barely had any flavor. 1 freeze, also not much flavor and very unsweet. And 1 rebel, equally mediocre. Also, they fill the cups ALL the way up with ice before pouring your drink in there so you get but a few sips.

I go to Dutch brothers daily. And this was the worst experience I have had at any location. The lady taking my order had nothing nice to say. And was honestly, very short. Got up to the window and got handed the wrong order. And then they had to make my order because they just bypassed. It will not be going back to the commercial location
