I used to absolutely love this Dutch stand, the people, the vibe, everything. No matter where I was, if there was a Dutch nearby, I’d still wait until I got back to Salem just so I could come to this location. The OG crew made it such a welcoming place, and I truly miss that. Lately, with the original team trickling out and being replaced, it just doesn’t feel the same. It isn’t as friendly or inviting anymore, and I miss my 2–3 daily visits that I used to make simply because of the amazing people who worked there.

this place used to be friendly but yesterday the young lady taking my order seemed annoyed by me trying to find the pic of the tiktok drink I wanted and when I receive my drink it was missing the fruit the young man handing me the drink seemed bothered when I mentioned it and then proceeded to say he was going to charge me extra for it then when he handed us our other drink it had no whip so again he looked bothered when I asked him for the whip which he quickly added it but very little whip like almost nothing then he forgot to give us straws which again when I asked for them he was not too happy.

This is the worst dutch bros I’ve ever been to. They always get my order wrong, there’s always a line, they NEVER have the 2nd window open, and the staff is rude. If I didn’t just start working a block away from here I wouldn’t even come here.
People at the window making the drinks were awesome but the guy that took my order was a dick to put it nicely. He had a bluetooth headset on and was very bothered by me ordering. He greeted me with “What do you want?” What a joke.
