I lovveeee love this location, so friendly upbeat and best drinks. But I gave a little less stars just bc it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I see workers pet animals and dogs and handle my drinks, I would love to know /be ensured they are washing their hands after touching an animal. Gross guys.

Always happy, friendly, talkative staff at this location. Fast service even in busy hours. I notice that DB staff are always smiling and happy to help. I love that. Drinks are consistently good and that's what brings me back. Great crew here!

The double line was so long it had merged back into a single line (*before the split line even started), however the friendly staff got us through pretty quick. Especially considering it looked like they had double lines on the other side too.My drink was how I liked it which always puts a smile on my face.

The gal who was taking orders didn’t even ask one of the two cars she was trying to figure out who arrived first, she just asked a random car who wasn’t sure. So she then took the cars order that arrived after us.

My favorite baristas & coffee!! The coffee are great, they mix to your specs, & the baristas are some wonderful people!!! They are all very cheerful, friendly, even write adorable little messages on my lid for me when my husband or sons pick up my coffee for me! ??☕️Vegetarian options: TeaDietary restrictions: Sugar Free, Fat FreeKid-friendliness: Kids options including a Not-So-Hot, a warm kid friendly "hot chocolate" ?

No one is greeting you just annoyed that you are there didn’t give a four dollars and change back because they assume they get a tip make me wait for four other cars to get their drink and then hand mine which were made incorrectly and one told they were made incorrectly. That’s what I asked for when it wasn’t and I am a regular honestly would love to speak to a Supervisor. Employee taking orders outside with a black beanie November 18 rudest person I have ever met

This is a coffee shop chain based in Oregon and operates as a drive-thru basis. This is my first time trying a Dutch Bros and it was overall quite decent. An employee can take your order while you queue up in the car, but since we didn't know what they have, we opted to order at the front which we had no issues - they were pretty patient with us taking the time to decide what to get. I personally opted for the Golden Eagle breve (small size) which is an iced latte with vanilla and caramel drizzle. I originally wanted to get a Dutch Freeze but looking at the nutrition facts, 80g+ of sugar is way too much for me in the morning. Overall, the coffee is still a bit too sweet for my liking but it seems to be their reputation to make the coffee drinks very sugary. They do have fruit drinks as well for those that want to not get the traditional coffee drinks offered.
