Coffee is alright. I feel like sometimes the flavor isn’t as strong as other days but it could be placebo. Probably after getting frustrated sitting in line stuck behind a car having what I can only assume is a full interview at the window. I was stuck for about 15 minutes due to the employee at the window chatting for a long time with the car in front. I totally get good customer service but when there’s a line of 4-5 cars, and the person you have helped already has their drink, it’s time to press on and let people continue their day. I guess if you are trying to get a quick coffee before work, look elsewhere.

Love the Dutch. If you get stuck behind someone the workers know you'll be off pulling out of line and going to a other one.
I sat in line for like 16 minutes with me being the only other car. I had to leave because I didn't think it'd take almost 20 minutes.
Great coffee, not so great customer service. This is kind of the only location that has this issue. The crews in the other locations never have this issue for some reason

I got a Double Rainbro here and it was awesome! So much sugar was put into such a giant drink but it wasn't too sweet. The flavor had just enough tang.
Kid-friendliness: Awesome tasty drinks. But. Don't. Feed. Your. Kids. This. Stuff. Way too much sugar for anyone to have, but there are only a few drinks that are suitable for kids.
I never seem to catch them when open. Maybe staying open past 8 might help?

ALWAYS great service!! When my daughters come to visit the very 1st thing they do is hit Dutch Brothers lols (several times a day until they leave).Then they talk about it for MONTHS after they get back home! ? Kudos to all the wonderful HAPPY employees that work there!You can definitely tell they are treated well, and they REALLY enjoy their job!!Way to go Dutch Brothers!! ??
