We’re travelers and stoped at this Dutch Bros and Adriana‘s customer service was outstanding! She was very welcoming when we were pulling up to the drive through talked to us about traveling and even gave us a few stickers to put on our sticker wall. Thank you for making our day ! #vanlife

Located just off kuebler, so pretty close to the I-5 exit, and currently the furthest South location in Salem. So there's no excuse not to hang out here!!

Not a great coffee shop for having conversations with anyone because they blast the music way too high.
They do good to keep cars moving, drinks are standard and good. Batista inside sometime loose track and it takes a couple tries to get the right drink to the right car.

This location used to be somewhat good. There was an established group of employees who would make the drinks good and they were very personable, but lately it's just new kids that don't care at all. the turnover rate here is insane. I would say 1/3 of the times I go my drink is not made right and it's just a caramelizer. it's gotten to the point that I go to other coffee shops to avoid bad drinks that cost 6 to 7 dollars. also if the turn over rate is so high, is it due to the kind of people they are employing or is it a bad company to work for or both. either way dutch bros has lost my support. bentleys coffee shop far exceeds dutch bros in every aspect and is now my go to coffee shop.
