Yesterday was my high school graduation and we decided to stop here for a celebratory dinner, the sign said open but the main door was locked, my uncle then saw a nice gentleman that happened to work there named Mike, who despite being the only employee there, opened the restaurant just to serve my family. We showed up, Mike was there and helped us, had a group of 11 of us, not only did we have an amazing experience but he went above and beyond. Said he’d treat us like family and did. The food was amazing! The service is amazing . We were in Salem for a graduation… my husband and I are from st. Helen’s and plan to make the drive to return.His service from ordering, food and conversation was all above and beyond.
