Had a great lunch here with my dad. Nice restaurant design. Our waiter was a co-owner. All the food and drinks were very good. They were able to serve honey and lemon with the tea. Deviled eggs had some kick. The cauliflower bites went fast. Risotto - excellent. I would say the only thing was that my mashed potatoes were a bit on the cool side by the time they hit the table (plate didn't seem warm) but the waiter apologized for the delay (which actually didn't even seem like much of a delay to me). I'm a fluffy person and didn't fit into the booth but they put two tables together for us.

Victor, one of the owners, was our server and provided excellent service throughout our entire dinner experience. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and informative. As someone who has worked as a server and bartender for the past five years, I was genuinely impressed and blown away by his level of service.
The food was absolutely delicious super flavorful and well prepared. I also love that it’s a Latino owned family restaurant. That made the experience feel even more special.
Highly recommend to everyone. 10/10!

Went for the 4 year anniversary with my partner, the Staff was excellent and the one of the owners checked in on us every 20-30 minutes as well as came a greeted us once we were seated. The food was excellent from appetizers to desserts and cocktails were great. Having opened more recently I didn’t even know this place existed until the day we came. Highly recommend giving this place a a shot, the prices are reasonable for what you get from a higher end restaurant.

lovely restaurant for any occasion whether it’s a quick bite and drinks for happy hour, a classy date night, family dinner, or a place to have an impressive business meeting, this is where i would personally go! i haven’t been this impressed by a restaurant in a longgggg time especially in salem, i no longer have to travel to portland just to enjoy a nice night out, i would love to catch a play before hand at the theater next door sometime, this place truly has a charm of its own and my servers justin and lilliana were too kind! their drink menu is also so delectable! can’t wait to eventually try everything on the menu! if i could change one thing it would be their availability! they’re constantly booked so i highly recommend making a reservation especially on the weekend, good luck! and try the fried cauliflower! yum! definitely the talk of the town my pharmacist has even coincidentally been here!

Noelia is absolutely amazing truly the best service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in for my first visit, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with so much attention to detail. You can taste the quality in every bite.
What really stood out to me was how involved the chef is. It’s rare to see that level of care and passion you can tell they genuinely value their customers and take pride in what they serve. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional, creating such a great overall atmosphere.
If you’re thinking about coming here, do it. You will not be disappointed. This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back. For the drink I got Blueberry Lavender Spritz and the Wicked Shrimp pasta 💖

The food was amazing, our service was so incredible, we were greeted immediately sat at our table pretty quickly, the staff was so nice, i'm not sure if he was part owner, owner or a waiter but he was INCREDIBLE. so nice, so friendly, so talkative really made you feel welcomed! The ambiance and vibe is chill, classy, relaxing, and calm , perfect for special date nights or just dinner. the price point is incredible. i ordered a steak, with demi on the side and for dessert i got a cookie skillet with ice cream YUM. My husband got a steak as well with the horchata pana cotta and he was so impressed he even got an extra to take home. everything was 100/10 taste and presentation wise. 10000/10 recommend this place especially for the price too!

Encore Restaurant was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm, and inviting—perfect for a relaxing dinner. The lighting, decor, and overall vibe made it feel both upscale and comfortable at the same time.
The highlight of the evening was the gnocchi. It was incredible—perfectly cooked, soft and pillowy, and full of rich flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and presentation.
Everything about Encore made the night feel special. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and an overall fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat!

This place is a gem for Salem! Had a caesar, a grand smash burger, and a NY Whiskey Sour and oh my, I was in heaven. The caesar was flavorful, had a nice zip and bite to it, with just enough dressing. The smash burger was an explosion of quality ingredients and spicing. The NY Sour was as good as any I've had in high-end places in SF, Seattle, etc. The server was attentive, efficient, and lovely to interact with. I walked out feeling like I'd just had a very nice surprise.
