The best coffee shop around! You can actually taste the shots in your coffee and it’s not too sweet! They actually pull their shots unlike other big name companies. It’s a classic shop, they don’t try too hard to be trendy. They keep their prices very reasonable! Such a nice little local shop, the baristas are always so sweet! I wish they had one in Keizer but me and my mom always make the special trip just for their coffee. If it was closer I would spend way too much money😂Can’t recommend this shop enough, it’s a must try!

Yummy coffee and SO reasonably priced! The ladies are always so kind and friendly (plus they give my dog loves when he tags along). My go-to for coffee on the go in Salem.

The girls there were awesome. I got the big train chai and butter crunch mocha (I believe is the name) and both were great. Definitely choose them over Starbucks any day! 🙌🏼

Salem's first drive through coffee shop is still around for several reasons: great tasting coffee, reasonable prices and most of all the friendliest staff.

Espresso Road Coffee House is a hidden gem!
Right next to a huge Starbucks, but honestly… this place beats it in every way. The service is super fast, the staff is super friendly, and the coffee is amazing. I got a white chocolate hot mocha and it was delicious — smooth, rich, and honestly better than anything I’ve had from the big chains.
It’s a drive-thru coffee spot, not a sit-in place, but they still handed me my drink fast and the quality was top-tier. If you want great coffee with quick service and a local feel, definitely give Espresso Road a try. Highly recommend

It’s been a long time coming for this review because I rarely write reviews for anything but, this little coffee kiosk deserves more credit than it probably gets. Foremost, the staff is amazing and personable. They are always friendly and polite and tentative to customizations and dietary accommodations. Secondly, the coffee—they are one of the VERY few places in Salem that use Organic coffees. Considering coffee beans are one of the most heavily pesticide sprayed crops in the world, the QUALITY of the coffee matters! Even better is how they keep their prices comparable (or better than) many other coffee providers in town considering they offer a far cleaner and more superior coffee than many big name competitors. Especially the business directly across from them 🙄 . The gals that work there can pretty much whip up m anything you can imagine in your coffee (within reason) and it all tastes so good too! The food they offer is comparable to other coffee locations but the coffee itself is top notch! Even though I have lactose sensitivities, I love their espresso shakes and get them often! They offer plenty of alternative milks as well. If you’re looking for good, Clean, Organic coffee—which is what everyone should be drinking—then this is the place for you!

I love this little coffee shop! They have actual chai, not just a flavor syrup like a lot of places these days. In the summer they had a little free library they were doing too. The pastries are also lovely

This is actually the best place to get coffee in Salem, because both the staff and coffee they make here. I'll be very sad when all the people in line for the nearby Starbucks realize they could get a better, cheaper coffee here, lengthening the line and forcing me to wait, but that's inevitable because it really is the best coffee in all of Salem, and they deserve the notoriety, but until then, I know of Salem's best kept secret and I love it.

Great tasting coffee, ladies are friendly, very reasonable prices. It is next to a Starbucks which is funny. I highly recommend skipping Starbucks and support local. Coffee is local Oregon and SO much better!!

I got a coffee from here this morning and after my encounter there I can confidently say this is officially my go-to coffee shop! I was in a big rush to get to work so I asked the baristas if they could make my coffee as fast as possible. The baristas were so understanding and got my coffee made in under a minute! They both had great attitudes and were so fun. The coffee tastes great too of course.

Best coffee, steadfast, reliable, great customization. Beyond that these gals are so friendly and remember you! I believe this is the longest established coffee drive up in town! Definitely worth visiting ! No bitterness here!
