2nd time ordering online, first time going with delivery. Pizzas were even better this time, and The Husband was very happy with the size of the salad. Food showed up at least a half hour early, which was a plus. Nice delivery person, too.Will definitely go this route from now on. Glad we have this place on our side of the bridge ✅️

I placed an order for pickup and when I go inside to pay, I ask for the ranches ect, he said they are in the cooler to grab myself, I do and he rings me up and I give him my card and then asks “Would you like to leave me a tip today”I was a little taken aback. I picked the pizza up myself so avoid paying the delivery fee and tip with that. I did leave one because he boldly asked, but it left a little sour taste in my mouth.Jojos are always a little undercooked and hard, but other than that food was as usual.

New) well 7-Eleven might be a bit of a stretch. But you're silver spoon answer simply proves my point. Trust me we are also laughing) The place was full of flies and in need of a deep cleaning. I think they got too comfortable with the fact that they're the only Figaro's on this side of the bridge. I have had many Figaro's fans turn to other pizza chains even accepting 7-Eleven's Pizza over experiencing this overpriced franchise.

Take your service elsewhere!The most horrible customer service.We ordered a pizza that they overcooked, and when we tried contacting the store several times they were either closed, or we were told to call back when the manager was in. We finally did so, and got nothing but a lecture from the supposed "manager" and she said she has zero authority to remake our pizza. Extremely rude and unprofessional to us on the phone.

Always attentive when I go to pickup our order. Not much atmosphere since there is no dine-in option, but the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I love that we can get a container of ranch to have for days at our house. It's delicious!

Took my son to get a slice of pizza between their 11 to 2 deal price was high. There was almost no sauce. Single slice not recommended

Such a nice old lady with glasses delivered to us that lady is so kind I wish I got her name but she deserves a raise! Made me and my families day you guys gotta get more nice people like her she radiated good energy
