First time having firehouse subs. I was expecting it to be a little better than it was. Place was clean and staff seemed friendly but I do think they should be wearing hairnets. Even though hair was up, some had messy hair. I ordered online and got my sandwich and took it to work and it was pretty soggy. Not sure if that's normal or because I asked for oil and vinegar on mine or what. It didn't taste bad though and veggies looked fresh and the grilled onions were perfect....

I was greeted upon arrival by the cheerful, friendly staff. The location was clean and empty (lucky timing, lol).I ordered the Beef and Cheddar Brisket using loyalty points on the app. It's my favorote sandwich that they make and as always it was delicious. All sandwiches come with a complimentary pickle spear (yum).My favorite thing about Firehouse subs is that they donate a lot of money to first responders. The company was founded by firemen and they help various agencies...
