French Dip was more like a Philly Cheese Steak with au jus on the side. Absolutely delicious!! The onions and green peppers were perfectly sauteed and carmelized. Big portion of tender roast beef and melted provolone cheese.
I'm a very picky eater, so it was really excellent!!

I'm so glad there isn't a firehouse in Independence, Or... Otherwise I'd go broke! These sandwiches are the best! The bread is so soft, the meats are premium with zero bad\\gamey parts, the vegetables are always perfectly ripened, the staff are always attentive and polite! The restaurant is always clean and free of trash! The whole experience is worthwhile!

I love Firehouse. I love THIS Firehouse. Always top notch food, friendly people, and supports a good cause. I feel so blessed this Firehouse exists, and that it is in such a wonderful and convenient location, at least for me.
