A wonderful and consistently good spot in the neighborhood, the staff here makes my day, every day, and there's always a new selection of cookies and treats. Coffee is good, so there's no need to go elsewhere for that.

We have tried just about everything in this place. They literally don't know how to do a dessert wrong. This is our go to place for anything sweet. The cranberry cheesecake in the fall time if hands down our favorite. There is also a raspberry cheesecake bar that's to die for. And a coconut lemon bar. Everything. Just try everything. Everyone is always patient and helpful when we are trying to decide what to get and are always happy to answer our questions!

It's always a treat to come here. No matter what I get, the desserts are amazingly delicious and the service consistently awesome. Just picked up the lemon blueberry cheesecake for a celebration today; I'm not usually a lemon in dessert fan but OMG the cheesecake was perfect. Not too sweet, perfect crust, and the right balance of lemon to blueberry. I look forward to my next visit <3

I have to agree with the people upset with the service. It's very unorganized and people who come in first get ignored because no one behind the counter pays attention to any of their surroundings There should be an order line and a pick up line to make things run smoothly. I was a restaurant manager for many years for large corporate restaurants as well as small ones like Franks. I've seen restaurants go under just because of bad service or disorganized chaos. They need a new manager that understands what good customer service is.

My wife and I thought we would stop in and have a cinnamon roll for breakfast we ordered our roll and was handed a bag I ask if we could have plate and the young man said I thought you wanted it to go we sat down to eat our rolls and was very disappointed they were hard and had no favor I didnβt finish mine I think they might of been day old rolls. That use to be a great place to get pastries but I wonβt be going back.

Since I moved to Oregon I always wanted to check this place out since I am a Cake Enthusiast!!! I ordered cheesecakes, the Marion berry, new York classic and raspberry and they were Delicious despite the bad reviews. They do not taste like grocery store cakes, it does have a better quality. Its not gourmet or like high end decadent. It's more of a cozy, homey local French type of taste and vibes. The ladies provided great service. Looking forward to go again!!!

GFK has the BEST cakes!! I haven't tried the meals - just the desserts. The GF chocolate layer cake with chocolate frosting is outstanding! Exquisite describes the black and white mousse cake. The lemon cake has a fantastic texture and is delicious; the frosting could use a touch more lemon flavoring. (I LOVE sugar frosted cookies, but GFK's are quite disappointing.)

Their gluten sensitive carrot cake is incredible. The cream cheese frosting is the chefβs kiss!!!

Barney's blackout chocolate cake- absolutely ridiculous/ delicious. Rich and decadent chocolate overload. Moist with layers and layers of cake and frosting. I absolutely would not hesitate to get this cake again.
German chocolate cake- Whitney was not happy with the lack of frosting between the 3 layers. The cake itself was moist and delicious. I don't think she would get it again.
Overall, I'll absolutely be coming back for the blackout cake and possibly the carrot cake.

The potato O'Brien quiche was bland and the crust was downright dry.
Husband's lasagna was dry and tasteless.
We'll most likely not return.
