Absolutely delicious Ethiopian food, a must visit, every dish has a different set of spices and flavors, not spicy, many vegetarian dishes, no pork products, delicious roasted fresh daily coffee called bunnah, wonderful customer service, I recommend the sampler platter and also doro wat dish. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Lovely place
I'm so happy an excited Salem has an Ethiopian restaurant! No more driving to Portland. The food was delicious. Service was excellent. And we will be back for the Ethiopian coffee with the beans roasted tableside.
Gursha Eats: The owner/waiter was very welcoming with friendly service and hospitality. The food was authentic and excellent flavors with just the right amount of spice. I’m glad Salem finally has some more variety and diversity especially in the Lancaster/Northeast neighborhood. Even if you never tried Ethiopian food before it’s healthy and many options for everyone, I highly recommend you check them out.

Gursha Eats serves excellent food with plenty of quality vegetarian options. The restaurant has a lovely interior and friendly owners. It offers dishes like the Awdamet Gursha plate and beef Sambusas with a lightly-spicy green dipping sauce. The coffee is roasted and prepared in house. Gursha Eats provides a welcoming space with excellent service, making it a great place to visit and support a local family.
