💡 Pro tip: Eating at the restaurant is always best. But if you have to order to go, ask for your platter to be packed in separate containers if you can. It was still delicious, but I'll remember to spare my injera from a soggy fate while transporting it 45 min home.

I had lunch here today with friends/colleagues. I ordered the Awaze Tibs (lamb), Gomen (Collard Greens), and Ethiopian Coffee.
Everything was delicious and the server was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be going back.

My husband and I had been considering trying this place for a while. While it’s not his favorite, I absolutely LOVED IT! Staff were incredibly friendly when I picked up the order and I’ve been dreaming of coming back ever since.
Really wanted Ethiopian last night and didn't want to drive all the way to Portland; Gursha eats did not disappoint! Even though it's in a strip mall, the space is big and cozy, the staff was welcoming, and the food was OUTSTANDING (and fast!). Will be back again as soon as we possibly can!

Absolutely delicious Ethiopian food, a must visit, every dish has a different set of spices and flavors, not spicy, many vegetarian dishes, no pork products, delicious roasted fresh daily coffee called bunnah, wonderful customer service, I recommend the sampler platter and also doro wat dish. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Lovely place

Just as delicious as ever! Ethiopian food is so good, so many different kinds of dishes. Everything has its own unique flavor, not spicy, love the bread injarro, very strong and delicious daily fresh roasted coffee called bunnah, the customer service was amazing, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will definitely be going back, God willing. The restaurant is spacious and very clean, and smells amazing with their spices, coffee, and incense. If you've never had ethiopian food, you have to go!

Tried Gursha Eats for the first time tonight. My partner and I got the beef sambusas to start and the Awdament Gursha plate to share for a main. Everything was delicious, so flavorful. Very excited to have an Ethiopian restaurant in Salem!
