Edit on 11/14. The open sign was off on both sides of the building and people were cleaning up and I had left because of that which caused me to pick up food from else where. Plus I have not heard from corporate. I had sent them the same message that day with the same issue. Everything looked like the restaurant was closed.
I was there on Tuesday November 11th at 5:20 pm and they were closed. The hours posted says that they should be open to 9 pm. There was nothing posted on the reason why they were closed early.

Why have the portion sizes gotten smaller?? $11.95 for half a spoonful of Mac and rice with frozen veg & no protein…. Needless to say, won’t be my go to anytime soon.

I went in to get my one absolute favorite thing there, the mac salad only to finally be disappointed enough to say, Hawaiian Time, you are dead to me. It was goopy with mayo, no flavoring, just way too much mayo and macaroni. Are you even sure those are your hours? I've been there plenty of times especially Monday and you are closed. No matter, never going back.

Quality and size portion continues to decline which is unfortunate. I saw multiple people turned away due to not having enough food 3 hours before closing.
This place is terrible, this is the second time the food has been nearly inedible. I don't know what has happened here but it's just as bad as the West Salem location now. What an enormous waste of money.

They don't answer the phone to take orders and they don't accept online orders anymore.. so if you want to drive all the way out there just to find out they're sold out of what you're wanting to order this is the place for you.

The food is great! I especially love the Mac salad, however they do occasionally run out of select food items. But the quality and quantity of the food provided is certainly worth it. The Atmosphere could use a little bit more work, but an overall great place to eat hawaiian cuisine.

I really do or did love this place. It has my favorite Teriyaki chicken of all time, it always tastes amazing! However the sizing portions have gotten smaller for the more money, and unfortunately there's no option to pay for extra meat anymore! That's not the biggest issue though, that lies where the employees are. They can never answer a phone for an order (they've said it's been broken since mid 2022), it's impossible to order ahead at either location. And not only that, they decide to close over an hour early on random days. I understand when you're coming in around 8:45, that's right near closing, but at 8:15? If you close at 8pm then please put it on the website. This has happened at both places. Just really disappointed in this place recently, and I can see that others are too. If you come at mid day you can get really good food! Just don't waste your gas if you see it's 8pm.
