Absolutely love the chicken! Came just before lunch and the service was super quick. Prices are on par with other similar restaurants. You get to choose your portion size which is great! Will be visiting next time I visit Salem for work.

I love the Huli Huli Chicken! It was cooked perfectly, tender, and juicy Chicken with just the right amount of seasoning! I definitely recommend giving it a try. I will be back the next time I am in Salem!

Why did I have to give that info to sign up if you won’t contact me regarding my order… I had already driven from West Salem to Mission because I needed to be over that way. Go back to pick up food on the opposite side of town. No thanks! When I protested about the inconvenience of this and requested my refund back sooner than 7-10 days then young woman started says she was going to call the police and that she was scarred.Terrible service from what I thought was a decent establishment. Call cooperate I was told, ok what’s their number, oh I’m sorry I’m aloud to allowed give out their number!So, no food, no notice, no refund, no number!I was robbed!Never again Hawaiian Time!Pay and treat your employees better so your establishment is staffed during lunch hours on Wednesday

I wish their online ordering worked regularly. Half the time it isn’t an option and they won’t answer the phone to take orders because you are supposed to order online. I honestly would eat here more regularly if I could order online without issues. I love the food, just bummed I can’t get it more. Ordering ahead on my lunches is the only way I can get it.

I try to come here once a month for lunch during the weekdays - and when I say try, it’s because sometimes they aren’t open during their stated hours. Today is Monday, February 5th, and despite being Noon and their sign stating they open at 11am on Mondays, they are closed. The sign is off, all of the chairs are on the counters, and not even a sign to explain why they are closed.I know many places are having issues with staffing, but maybe in the meantime they should alter their hours for this location. At the very minimum, put a sign up if you aren’t able to open for the day or are opening late.
