Decent Hawaiian food, pretty standard. Orders are often wrong so be sure to check it before leaving. They skimp on the meat and overdo the rice, an obvious cheapskate tactic for the price. Rare to find Hawaiian food in Salem, but this will do in a pinch.
The food is fine - the chicken/rice is my kid's safe food, so we order consistently for him. My issue is that the people at West Salem's drive thru consistently ask me if I'd like to tip the staff after they have my card in their hand. Pretty awkward.. and I don't want my kid's food messed with or under-portioned, so I always feel obligated to tip.

As someone who goes here once or twice a month, It's inconsistent on whether the food quality will be good or not. For example, their sandwhich bread is supposed to be toasted, but it only actually is for me less than half the time. I also love the chicken, but I know I'm taking a gamble when I'm ordering it, whether it's going to be dry and cold, or actually cooked how it's supposed to be.
