Ordered food to go little over a week ago and spent just over 50 for 2 apps and a burger with tots. The food was not even edible everything on the burger was burnt and the tots were old and refried and burnt. the jalapeño egg rolls were disgusting they tasted like old broccoli soup. the steak bites tasted like the smell offoul body odor. I will never get food here agian. the chef working here has no business in the kitchen.

Food was below average. We got chips and salsa but most of the chips were just crumbs. Service was slow, but in all fairness, it was trivia night. Trivia was excellent!

Ordered door dash this evening and our nachos also came with a live tagalong spider in it. Beware eating here. Food was alright, but after pulling a chip from the cheese and watched a spider crawl from the cheese lost our appetites. Doordash corrected the situation from their end but wanted to warn people in case.

Very welcoming environment! It's often difficult to find a place that is as welcoming as Heroes Tap House. The service was great, with a large selection of craft beers, and a solid food menu.

Hidden gem in Salem. First time going and want to go back. Sliders were great and the beer was cold and fast. Pool table available and football on the TV.

The manager was incredibly rude and the service was terrible. I opted to not leave a tip due to the bad service and they charged me a tip anyways when I wrote it in. They are already overpriced. This place has nothing good going for them
