Being a bartender for 26 years I have to say how absolutely APPALLED I am by the behavior of the bartender, Becca, we encountered tonight at your establishment. I have a group of regular customers who frequent your bar weekly that suggested this place to me so I thought I would give it a try tonight. Well due to the RUDE behavior and highest DISRESPECT given to us by your extremely unprofessional bartender Becca tonight - I can assure you that I myself and most likely the reoccurring group I’m acquainted with that frequents this bar - will NOT continue to give you our business!!!! I am not sure WHO this little girl thinks she is - but the ONE THING she should not be - IS A BARTENDER!!! What an EMBARRASSMENT to the INDUSTRY!!!! I can only IMAGINE how much business and money she alone is losing this establishment. I honestly pray that the owners consider keeping this embarrassment even one day longer than necessary!!!!! One suggestion is to let people know that they ONLY TAKE CASH - no cards and no Apple Pay!! That’s was a shock after running a tab all night and when it was time to pay we had to figure out how to get the CASH when all we had was a credit card - not debit card or cash!!! This bartender ONLY favors MEN - every time my daughter or I ordered a beverage we were IGNORED!! We had to send her MALE friend up to order our drinks! I have never EVER encountered such DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR by a bartender!! Little girls like this are nothing more than an EMBARRASSMENT to the industry and more importantly YOUR BAR!! She has SO MUCH to learn!!

This was my first experience at Hollywood Tavern to see my friend Joe perform and it was a wonderful experience. The show is great but the employees really helped make the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming.

Great location and frequent it often and regularly, and so does my mother and so does my wife, I live regularly close, so I walked up and the bartender was in the smoke air and saw me walk up. Instead, hello, Jimmy and greeted me and then stay if they were closed, I walked in, waited, use the bathroom came out, still no bartender. I left they were still in the smoke. Area, instead, oh, he's right there. The bartender responds with, oh, we just came into p. We're not freaking in here often. Thank you very much.Won't be back

Felt out of place and like we were bothering the bartender by being there and thought about leaving but we were supposed to meet a friend there.So we ordered some food and played VP Ordered and waited and waited and she finally said there had been a mix up and it would be another 30 minutes. We needed to pick up a friend on San Francisco Street that was maybe 8 blocks away and asked her to keep it warm, we would be right back. We returned 20 minutes later with my friend and was told our food had been tossed. We could see the bartenders two friends that she had been laughing with, eating burgers with a smirk.Even though we had told her we would be right back and she had said ok, she refused to remake it and refused to give us our $31 back that we had prepaid for the food. I would really like my money back
