I wandered in by myself on a Monday, late morning. First of all, the IHOP food is good, forged via national taste tests, years of experience and attention to feedback. At this location, the service is excellent. I was especially impressed with the sheer volume of staff available...and they all seemed happy.

Let me say, no matter when we go to this ihop we've had a bad experience. We were seated and after we ordered, our waiter came over to ask the my mother's walker be moved elsewhere. Let me tell you it was under the table, not out in the open. He said its in the way to seat other next to us. It was never in the way. As I said no! He then seemed lost. So I said to him, would you ask someone in a wheelchair to move somewhere else? Her walker is the same. It helps her get around and its not in the way. My side of gravy was cold and watery. The lights hanging on the sides of the table out to low, as my partner and I hit our heads getting up. Then after sitting there for 30 min. we had to ask the waiter to take our order. Being shoved off for another 10 min. while he didnt do anything but talk to others in the kitchen. Wasn't even busy. Do better ihop, just do better. The last time we came we had the ceiling leaking on our food. Never again will I try this ihop again.

Delicious IHOP in town. My favorite breakfast item is the Spicy Poblano Benedict. Great atmosphere especially after a busy Saturday. Amazing customer service. Our server was alone tonight and he was very kind and did amazing at taking care of each group. Kids eat for free 4pm-10pm! Come through.
