I love the maitre d greeting us at the entry and seating us with a warm smile and friendly welcome. The senior menu works great as you get a little of everything for a great price and still have leftovers. Cooked eggs perfectly, along with pancakes, sausage and bacon. Also comes with hash browns. Coffee fresh and hot and leaves a carafe at your table.

Being a breakfast connoisseur, I am very picky about my soft poached eggs, bacon and pancakes. Everything was PERFECT! Our server Karly was awesome. The place was packed, and we seated quickly, served quickly and had a polite, happy, professional server that delivered a 5 Star Experience!! Well Done!!!
I'm not 100% sure but I think they changed the steak in the big steak omelet. It tastes a bit sweet and the pieces are big

I have not eaten at IHOP in years and now I know why!! The food was awful!! The pancakes were crumbling, the bacon tasted like they cooked it in grease (bacon makes it's own grease, no need for more!), the hash browns were slightly crispy on one side and mushy on the other. The diet Pepsi tasted flat. I ended up drinking coffee. The eggs I ordered over medium and they were well done. The food was cold. It all tasted like yesterday's food that had been reheated!!! What a terrible way to start my Sunday morning!! Go anywhere but here!! McDonalds, Dennys or stay at home and make it yourself!! The service was kinda meh. It's to be a little expected as they were kind of busy. We will NOT be back!!

I want to give a 4 stars overall... But that is not entirely their fault. This is absolutely the place for breakfast you won't beat the quality of food or price. That's probably the reason why they have trouble keeping enough staff to run the place smoothly. That's really their fault but it does make it a little annoying just be prepared to wait because it's worth it.
