This coffee shop has been my go-to for the past week. My husband and I really enjoy their coffee. I also had their matcha latte with oat milk, and the avocado toast with vegan sausage; it was delicious! Will definitely be back soon! Updated from previous review on 2025-03-06

Fantastic food selection, and the additional seating option was really interesting with a intuitive QR code ordering system.

Highly recommend it.

A wonderful little cafe & bar! Large variety of food and drink items. Popular place, so seating can be a challenge. I went at 2 pm on a Saturday to have a working lunch, ended up at the bar counter. Tad frustrating for an individual to use an entire booth vs singular seating, but alas it worked out! Once you’re ordered there isn’t much service; the gentleman that brought food out just set it down and left. No words exchanged. Overall I’ll be back, thoroughly enjoyed the busy but comforting atmosphere!

In my top 3 coffee shops in town.
The staff is always nice and friendly.
The coffee is solid. It feels like just about every other coffee shop over roasts their beans except this place. Their syrups for lattes and such are very good and don’t taste cheap.
The food is a mix of decently good and uniquely delicious options. I think it’s pretty reasonably priced.
The atmosphere is solid. It’s got that metal on wood look like every other millennial owned coffee shop/bar on the west coast but the vibes are solid. I do enjoy spending time here. It’s usually not loud so I could totally read here.

All in all, pretty good. Top 3 coffee spots in Salem. And I appreciate that despite inflation they keep their prices more reasonable than most places in town.

The service was good the only thing that was a big issue is that my card got hacked on the website plz ask the counter to take your order, other than that I would recommend it has really good food and a good vibe overall 4 stars

The coffee here is pretty good, however every worker here acts very judgmental and rude. This place would be great if it weren’t for the people

Edit to owner: I appreciate the appology and offer to refund. I paid cash for the hole transaction, so you must have refunded another customer on accident. I am not looking for a refund, but do appreciate the offer and response. We will chalk it up to a misunderstanding.

Very strange and confusing experience here today. I called to place the same to go order I always do and the exact same to go order I placed yesterday. This order includes mac & cheese. After placing my order today by phone and getting ready to go pickup, I received a call back stating they do not do Mac & cheese to go and only dine in. I was very confused by this because I got it to go yesterday and every other time before no problem. I asked why, and explained that I literally got the exact same order to go yesterday. They said the kitchen does not want to make it to go today. I then jokingly said, can I get rest of the order to go and get the Mac and cheese for there and put it in a to go container when I arrive? I was actually joking because this made no sense. I arrived to pickup the order, and sure enough, they had everything packed up to go except the Mac & cheese. It was on a plate and the guy had the same empty to go container that they always put it in ready for me. It's like he just didn't want to move it from the plate to the container. I grabbed the container from him, scooped the Mac & Cheese from the plate into the to go container myself, right there at the front counter with everyone staring at me. I had no problem doing this, but the hole thing made absolutely zero sense. Why wouldn't they just put it in a container in back like they do every other time and like they did with the rest of the food I ordered? I then forgot my to go coffee drinks sitting on the counter because I was so confused shoveling Mac & Chees into a to go container at the front counter in front of 10 people waiting for their orders. I felt like I was in a twilight Zone or Seinfeld episode. I also tipped them 30 percent because I didn't actually think they would bring out a fresh plate of Mac & Cheese and tell me to scoop it from the plate into a to go container. The hole thing just felt so bizarre and petty.

The line was long, but I expect that in a local coffee shop. I was excited that they served Sister's Coffee! I placed my order along with a mimosa. Apparently several of the staff do not have their OLCC licenses. When they found a coworker that had one, I was able to place my order. I sat down and waited for my coffees and mimosa. Coffees came up after 15 minutes, still no mimosa was brought out to me. After 20 minutes I inquired about it and the cashier apologized (they forgot) and then asked the staff member who just clocked on to make it for me.
As an establishment that is serving beer/wine, you should require all of your staff to have their olcc licenses. It would make flow of service better so staff isn't having to step away to find the one that has their card.

Great coffee + food but they have a space problem. They sometimes open up the overflow area but they should always make it available for customers to find a place to sit. They also only have one register to place orders. I take a look inside and if I see 5-8 people in line I don't even bother going in and go else where. If they correct these traffic issues it would be a 5 star experience

Probably the best coffee shop in all of the Willamette Valley - very consistent and quality Sisters Coffee Co coffee. Wonderful atmosphere making it easy to connect or simply get a quiet corner for personal study. Highly recommend!

Came here to work. The WiFi is a little slow. I really wanted a poppy or pumpernickel bagel but they don't carry either one. Tea was nicely served with a small plate for the strainer. Tables are a good size for working and several have power plugs nearby.
Would definitely come back to work here.

Good coffee (Sister's coffee), Metolius chai. When is busy the line gets long and does not move as fast as some other coffee shops.

It's worth the wait! But the line is usually long. However they're currently working on curing that as they have expanded and created a new system with the second room.
