Good food and games but don't bother calling because they don't answer the phone. Called multiple times but no answer yet when you go in there is someone always behind the counter .

Wings were okay, got the cajun dry and Jamaican jerk wet wings, both traditional. Had a bite of a Louisiana dry wing too, and I dont know if it was just thay day in particular, but they tasted the exact same. I wasn't the only one in my group who agreed.
Our server couldn't find a single menu for about 6-7 minutes, which was unfortunate.
I also rarely have an issue with servers because having worked in food service, it gets rough, but our server didnt have the greatest attitude.

Good wings just don’t bother ordering drinks here!!! Had the worst drink I’ve ever had and they didn’t bother to fix it for me. $11 drink and I didn’t even drink it.

Ordered a Mac n cheese with shrimp (which is $5 extra) and only got 3 shrimp, not only did they take ownership on the mistake they remade the entire dish new with a fair amount of shrimp and let me keep my old dish too. Great service.

We ordered for 10 people at work @11am (right at opening). They were almost all combo orders, fries and drinks + wings for everyone. Everything was ready and correct for pickup at 11:45! They wrote a little thank you note on the bag and put in extra ranch, silverware and napkins. & the food is a 10/10 always :) get a side of level 4 sauce for an office challenge

Waited 25min for a sandwich as people behind me in line got their food. Went here when they forst opened with crap service and figured I'd give it another try. Not coming again.

The teriyaki pineapple wings didn't have explosive flavor, but the sweet & sour, and buffalo wings were delicious. As was the Ceasar wrap. The Sinistor black ale was great, too. Our bartenders/servers were very nice and helpful as well.

Such a fun experience for a family establishment. I enjoyed my time here, but I spent a lot more money than I was expecting. I hope they add some rhythm games soon.
I absolutely love this place! The food is so good and fresh and the arcade atmosphere is super cool. This is typically my family’s go to spot when we go out to eat. The ONLY thing I very much dislike about this spot is the service. Every time I go there it’s always a different young lady with a horrible attitude. The service is very bad but…. the food makes up for it

Best wings in Salem, quite possibly the best in all of Oregon. So many flavors of sauce to choose from, teriyaki pineapple is my favorite. And now that the arcade is open it's even more awesome of a place to go for dinner, or lunch or whatever meal one would prefer. This is the place to be.
