The lobby was gross. Floors are sticky with every step, garbage on the floors. Kitchen doesnt look very clean. My hashbrown was soaked in oil. Thats a quality issue. Out of coffee?

Very rude I drive I huge box truck that won’t fit drive through. That being said they refused to service me at drive through and lobby was closed. Truck drivers deserve more respect than this we are what keeps America going.

Food was good. Service was a bit slow took about 15 min. To go thru drive thru. Outside the grounds were dry and dead and weeds growing all over parking lot. At least food is consistent in every town pretty much.

2nd jack in the box that ADDs onions when. asked for no onions. Andrew W made sure onions were on the sandwiches. Food allergies and I had to throw away the 2 jumbo Jack's that I was soooo looking forward to. Absoutly disrespected at the window bad enough to get me to leave a review. no happy. not coming back.

Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Standing water in the floor, not a single clean table, food and dirt and grime scattered all over the store. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Owner/manager not sure who he is, not dressed like an employee was extremely rude to every customer in the establishment. Would not recommend this dump to anybody.

Didn’t even get to eat here! Stopped in to grab some food and let my little one go to the bathroom. Person at the counter wouldn’t even let her use the bathroom until we paid for our food. I have never in my life had someone turn down a child from using the restroom! Thankful many other friendly business were close by and surely didn’t give this place my money!!!

Jack in the box usual fare. Nothing special. I gave it 4 stars but I think I over rated it because their food is always hot. Biggest problem with this jack in the box is if you go thru the drive thru is almost directly on to mission. It doesn't give you choice

The inside is super clean, as well as the parking lot. The food is always hot and the portions of fries they give you are full like they should be. The grease doesn't taste like it's been used 1000 times either. I live 50 miles away and come to salem for volunteer work every Monday and this is the only Jack in the box I go to.
