The guy at the at the drive threw window was absolutely amazing I for the life of me can't remember his name Chris I think. Super nice quick attentive and everything. Amazing for sure.

I have only used drive thru. Service is normally quick . Good menu for a fast food restaurant. Varied assortment of choices. I especially like the Egg rolls and Seasoned Curly Fries. Prices are competitive with other fast food restaurants.

Pulling in the parking lot, it was dark as the lights weren’t on went to the drive-through and the lights weren’t on the menu board so I couldn’t see anything asked if she could turn the lights on. She said nope don’t know how to ask if there is a manager, she said nope you’re gonna order any food. I said sure I’ll take some tacos cause I can’t see anything else on the menu. She said OK Got my food and left. No please no thank you no lights no wonder there’s only one car in the parking lot and Jack-in-the-Box numbers are down. Good luck with that.

One of the worst fast food burgers that my wife and myself have ever had. It tasted like cheap lunch meat chopped up and made into a patty.
That being said, service was prompt and friendly.
Why 2 - Stars? Because the experience reminded us we don't need to eat this kind of junk and got us to delete the app. So there is that. Thanks!

I went to jack in the box today. Soon I walking to do my ordered, the Hispanic short lady with fake spider eye lashes was very rude. I asked for my receipt she claims the she gave to me. But she didn't give it to me. I told her the rice was very hard and the chicken was overcooked. She said we cant give you the money. Jack in the Box I want my money back. You go to eat to enjoy the food. Not people to be rude.

The cashier lady overcharged for a 5 dollar deal then when I asked her about it she proceded to say she doesn't know then slam the window in my face, very bad service, then on our way out 2 homeless people blocking the exit fighting in the middle of the drive thru. Don't really reccomend

I recently visited this location after the location in my town had made a mistake on my order. David the manager stepped in from this location in Keizer(30mins away from my town) to help resolve the issue. I appreciate his communication and support with handling everything!

Had a very poor experience at this location. When I asked for a manager I was speaking to the manager. I would definitely not want that person managing my business.

I placed an order and asked for the new seasoned curly fries. Specifically the honey barbecue and literally the box was pretty much completely empty. I went it back in to ask if this was any steak and I was flipped out on and told that this is how it's supposed to be. I had explained to them I have been coming here the past week continuously ordering this item and none of them were like this. He explained to me that they were doing it wrong not him. I also tipped him before receiving the food just to be nice. I kind of regret that now. Asked for my receipt and his name. He would not give me either. Stated he was manager when I asked for one. I have a picture of it but I don't know how to upload it to this post. Literally the box was more empty than full. Picture does not do it justice. 4$ for that amount if that is true is a rip off.

ordered online and received the wrong burger and no fries with my combo. the receipt on the bag is correct, so it's pure incompetence. order at your own peril

The grill isn't working, almost out of soda and sauces. I feel bad for the staff trying to do their best. This is awful for a place to run this way. Owner, DO BETTER!

Really filthy dining room at 4:00, then they cleared all the tables when I asked, but didn't dry them.

Absolutely appalling. I was in the store and ordered my food. I looked over as I was waiting and saw a woman in a mobility device waving at me because a grey Nissan Rogue was parked in the white lines pedestrian area in front of the wheel chair ramp blocking her from being able to up the ramp to the store. I explained to the woman it wasn't my car. I asked staff because I was the only customer in the store if they knew the owner of the car. I was told that an employee works at the store and because she works there she is allowed to park there. I told her the woman in the wheel chair was planning to call the police. The owner of the car came out yelling to me that she is allowed to park in that area because she is an employee. I explained ada is a law and woman in the mobility was trying to explain the same thing. The employee cursed at us, said she Fword park where ever she wants. She then moved the car over to straddle the handicap spot, and a regular spot. I walked back into the store asked for my money back, and I got my refund. When I was leaving the woman in the mobility looked at me and said she was not going to eat there after all because she was afraid the employees would retaliate and do something to her food. I told her I thought the same and got my refund. This is by far one if the worst experiences I have ever had. I was on my lunch and told my coworkers what had happened. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know. Disgusting.
