Went through drive thru and the worker told me they didn't have what I asked for that was on the board so I didn't get anything but the person I was with did. We paid then he asked us to go on the side of the building by the 2 doors where there were a bunch of homeless people picking at their bare feet and doing drug deals multiple cars after us got their food I had to go in to get mine which was one burger and 2 taco. Horrible place horrible customer service

Today-open 24 hours. Waited 15 min. Smoking too much weed to respond or greet in the drive thru. Lol. Left. Nice work. Classier with each experience. Aibertos it is.
I had to ask for my drinks and part of my order multiple times at the window because the girl could not get it right. Still didn't end up with sauce I asked for, but at least she eventually gave me my full order.
Ask if I could you the restroom was told only if I buy something. Really Jack in the box have to pay to use the restroom!!! I'm on the road all the time and this is the first time I ran into this situation. Oh the employees just sitting down, or talking instead the store needs a good cleaning. Never going to go back to Jack in the box!!!!

Idk who is working there right now but my uber driver dropped off my food and he said the guy working there was crazy, at first i didn’t know if it was just him until i noticed that not only was the Oreo milkshake never safety sealed but the bag was sealed weird and when i opened that bag all the fries were burnt and so was the burger with a stale bun and it just tasted so awful we threw it out, if my pregnant wife gets food poisoning from this negligence i intend to take the company to court for it

So we Uberd our food at 300 am it must have been real busy it took the driver a while to get back. The driver had told my husband that the guy working was crazy. The fries were cold and burnt. The burger buns taste stale. Worst experience ever.

This place is disgusting! The parking lot is covered in debris. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The lobby was freezing cold. The AC was on full blast, obviously to keep people from being too comfortable while eating. Serving the food lukewarm didn't help. If this is what the customer facing area looks like, I can't imagine how awful the kitchen area is.

I order a buttery smashed Jack. Get it home, no lettuce, and i realized they gave me the bacon smashed Jack. I go in today, same thing again. Try to call, no answer. Call again, no answer.
Whoever runs this place, train your people, and answer your phone. You guys suck.
Food was prepared according to order. However, staff did not help me save money by notifying me that building my combo meal differently would save me money. Otherwise, it is a good functioning establishment.
