Order the the jack pack. She couldn’t hear me so I said the 6 dollar jack pack. And I got the breakfast meal that cost 6 bucks. When I tried to correct her I was rushed out and said this was the order. (The person taking orders was on the phone) what a waste of time and money. Not even a receipt. Most of the time this places doesn’t fail

I haven't been to Jack in The box for years but it did remind me when I'm never going back. The milkshakes are not that good. They used to be the food was cheap. Gross quality food staff was very friendly

The absolute worst drive through in the US. Waited over 40 min line. They seemed to be making one order at a time. Then once that ordered was picked up they started on the next cars order. It had to be something like that because each car took appx 5 mins to get their order.

I wanted to redeem a $15 giftcard that I bought a day before, the manager told me “I’m unable to process anything” she said to call the number on the card and we did and they heard the number say “the balance is $15” she was not helpful at all and not attentive to us. poor service. this store does not know how to redeem a giftcard.

Staff is friendly and they make the food correctly. So why the 2 star rating? Well it's the location. There's a lot of unsavory people hanging around. Being verbally assaulted by a drug addict in the dining room is definitely a turn off. They really should get some security.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited 10 minutes in the lobby to be ignored by the girl working the window who was doing absolutely nothing. I watch one woman in the back making everything happen, while that little girl watched. That girl in the back deserves a raise, and that girl working the window needs to learn what customer service is all about.

even the recipt says no onions. guess what was heaped onto the sandwich? onions. food allergies suck. I had to throw away all 3 sandwiches. return to complain? at 12am? not worth it. Not coming back. not recommending.
