Order the the jack pack. She couldn’t hear me so I said the 6 dollar jack pack. And I got the breakfast meal that cost 6 bucks. When I tried to correct her I was rushed out and said this was the order. (The person taking orders was on the phone) what a waste of time and money. Not even a receipt. Most of the time this places doesn’t fail

I haven't been to Jack in The box for years but it did remind me when I'm never going back. The milkshakes are not that good. They used to be the food was cheap. Gross quality food staff was very friendly

Food was prepared according to order. However, staff did not help me save money by notifying me that building my combo meal differently would save me money. Otherwise, it is a good functioning establishment.
