I got the 3-piece Chicken strip. The quality far exceeded my expectations for a fast food item. Crisp, tender and better than many restaurant chicken tenders. Unfortunately, their new machines can't process gift card payments so until that changes I likely won't go back. But I was very happy with the food and service.

We placed an order and the pick up was for 6:59 pm I got there at 6:59 pm on the dot gave the name of the pickup and the clerk male in his 20's with black hair Hispanic hands me the order . And I checked the order first everything looked right so I headed out tried a fry for it to taste burnt or even cold so I called my partner told him what the issue was he said go back inside and ask for fresh fries. I go back in the same clerk asked was their something wrong with the order I said yes the fries taste burnt or just horrible can I get fresh fries please. He said we'll the order has been sitting here for 10 mins I said how is that when the order was for pick up at 6:59 pm I just got here. He said we'll we have no control over the pick up time we made the order as soon as we got it. I was like are you serious wow so without saying the words he basically refused to make me fresh fries. I said we have never had this issue at Broadway so from now on I will go there. And I walked out and then went back in and asked for the managers name and number. He then tells me Im not allowed to give out her name or the number she will be here in an hour. So get home for my partner to call there and talked to the same guy I talked too and he said he would make the fries fresh and apologized to my partner. Its pretty sad that a man has to call to fix something that should of been just fixed. I will never go back to this location thats a promise.

The value curly fries were about a joke. I asked for ketchup to go with. I get a bag with the smallest lil thing of curly fries, like 2 bites and a handful of ketchup. Very disappointing, got a large root beer and 2 bites of overcooked curly fries for over 5 bucks. Never again!

I come here pretty often since I work nearby and usually only get a small snack (some fries or a small burger) today I made a mobile order for a set time, a triple bonus jack combo because I was a little more hungry than usual and I have to say I probably won’t be back. The burger looked like someone had crushed it a few times, there was barely any lettuce and maybe 2 pickles max, the bun was stale and it was a bad experience overall. The people are nice, but damn a girl can’t get a decent burger
The drive through crew that works on Sundays is Rude and unintelligible. They consistently mess up my order by not giving me all the food I order then I have to turn around and come back. And the guy who works the drive through feels he has the right to tell me I always complain! Well here's an idea stop screwing up my order oh yeah he tells me I always come when they're busy as if thats an excuse for them to consistantly screw up my order. I'm done with that Jack in the box the one on Lancaster is much better.

Its 3am and Blanca is the drive threw Worker. Not sure what happen to the other girl but this one straight up sucks and is rude. I come everyday for the breakfast jack. Gives me 1 hot sauce always an attitude. Tired of her attitude. Get her out of there. Not coming back till she's gone.

Chicken nuggets little bit over cooked but the worse thin is I thought I was getting ranch I got pancake syrup tried to call and talk to someone nobody would answer the phone I tried for 20 minutes
