Service was good, friendly peeps. Fries and onion rings were cold and tasted like they sat for quite a long time. Ultimate burger was good. It's Jack in the Box, is what it is.

i ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger via a mobile order and the worker heavily messed up my burger. there was a lack of sauce, causing my burger to be very very dry. on top of that, there wasn’t even any bacon. i don’t care that i spent a little extra money for bacon i didn’t get. it’s the fact that i wanted bacon. plain and simple. i don’t understand how you mess that up when you had all the time in the world. i literally ordered the food before i even got there. the fries were also terrible, but my shake was good.

Worst burger and fries I've ever had in my life! And that is truly no exaggeration. In my opinion, a promotional burger combo meal should have, at least, been warm. But, it was cold. The fries were old and hard. Our dog wouldn't eat any of it either! With prices already ridiculously high, I just paid money to throw it all in the garbage! Grrrrr! I'm definitely not going waste any more of my money on something that will end up in the trash again! I would have added a picture, but I was so disgusted with it, that I threw it in the trash before I thought about it.
I can't recommend anything from the menu because I would probably be setting someone up for disappointment. 😡😡😡

Management or the owners need to step it up here. I am always seeing new employees. Seems like they are always wearing the same dirty shirts given by the company. Cheap owners normally do that. They are always understaffed, lines are always long (I feel bad for door dashers SMH), always asking me to make my order when I already did at the window 3 cars ago. I can't really blame the employees because this is the responsibility of management.

Everything was good except for the men's room, the toilet broke when i flushed it and the water starts spraying from the handle, I did let a worker know about it and they said they will take a look at it (and it was my favorite and rare eljer signature floor mount toilet) so that's why I gave it 4 stars.

I was missing something on my order one day when i was excited to eat after arriving home with alot of other meals and everyone else ate but me because my order was missing, went back to claim for my order and i was neglected because there wasnt a record if it but when I called to complain my order was missing that wasnt brought up.
Food taste like crap
Incredibly rude. Pulled up to drive thru, didn't hear what she said as the speaker was making glitchy noises & so I started to order when she very rudely and loudly cuts me off and says in a VERY short, snotty tone "I SAID, I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" almost yelling. Maybe you shouldn't be taking out the fact that your speaker is cutting out on your customers.. Not only that, but we had one person infront of us and it took us almost 15 minutes to get our food. What's even more shocking is that when we got to the window, THAT WAS THE MANAGER! I swear, this location won't be in business much longer if they keep up their habit of bad service and rude employees.

I went to this location to purchase lunch for work. I got there at 9:41 p.m. and ordered a $20 chicken wing combo. When I got to work and had my lunch at 2:00 a.m. half my order of chicken was missing. I have been calling since last night and all day today and have not got a single answer to their phone. I do not go to McDonald's for this exact reason. I thought Jack in the box would be different but apparently they're not. Imagine how upset I was when I tried to eat lunch in the middle of the night and my food wasn't even there. I won't be able to make it back to the location for a couple days because my work schedule is crazy and I'm not looking forward to them asking me why I waited so long to come back. But they're not answering my phone so I guess I don't have a choice. Literally feel like they stole my money and now they are avoiding me.
