Closed Thanksgiving I actually understand, not communicating it at all is eye opener as to the value of my loyalty. If your going to close for a holiday, post it on your doors days ahead, BUT definitely the day of it should posted. I mean, that is what everyone other business does, well at least if they appreciate loyalty.

Food is good, I love jack in the box but just went and the order was messed up, didn't recive the chicken nuggets for my daughter and it looks like someone else's order got mixed up with mine. unfortunately I did not check before making it all the way home. Normally don't deal with this kind of service so it's a bummer.

Granite I went through the drive-thru at midnight, but that should not matter. With that being said, I did not get my order at all except for my root beer and french fries. I ordered a combo that should have been a double Patty Burger. It was not. It was a single. And it was thrown together and did not look appealing at all. So I gave it to the dog. I also ordered tacos and did not get them. Sometimes you just think that a simple Burger combo with some tacos on the side you wouldn't have to check your bag and turn around and go back. And I actually can't go back because I didn't get a receipt. So I am absolutely not happy. And now I have to cook something. Which I don't have time for. That's why I went to your restaurant at midnight. So I wouldn't have to cook. But because I'm still hungry.. I gave it one star for the simple fact that the fries were good and you were open at midnight. Other than that it was not for the burger. Honestly one of the worst I've ever had. And of course it wasn't for the tacos because I can't speak on those I didn't get them. Thank you for reading if you did.

You know, I gave you another chance after you provided me with charcoal instead of jalapeno poppers, but I don't think I'll be back now. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese. Pretty sure it's supposed to hv tomato, onion, lettuce and pickle too without mustard. This is two plain patties covered in cheese and mustard. I don't know how all the other jack in the box sites can get orders right and you guys never can. Yikes. Thumb down. Boo! boo! boo!

Normally when I order from here, the food is absolutely excellent, fresh, and pretty damn good. However, I ordered 8/4 around 8:25pm and their quality tarnished quite a bit. My DBL bonus jack combo was very mediocre, fries were cold and a bit stale, and the burger itself was supposed to be a double but it looked like a single. And the cheesecake I ordered was missing entirely. The one time I order at night the quality of the food goes down significantly.
Just parked looking online at menu because RV doesn't fit in drive thru and they kicked me off property saying that I been there before. I never been there ever and won't be again. Don't recommend
