Normally when I order from here, the food is absolutely excellent, fresh, and pretty damn good. However, I ordered 8/4 around 8:25pm and their quality tarnished quite a bit. My DBL bonus jack combo was very mediocre, fries were cold and a bit stale, and the burger itself was supposed to be a double but it looked like a single. And the cheesecake I ordered was missing entirely. The one time I order at night the quality of the food goes down significantly.

Without fail you go through the drive thru and they will send you to go park every time, it doesn't matter that there is no one in front of you or behind you in the queue.
The loaded tiny tacos had no sauce and I was charged .29 for a chile lime sauce cup, and when I tried to call the store nobody answers.

I went in a few weeks ago and a young curly haired boy assisted me. I was having a bad day and he probably could tell, he was super friendly and told me a joke to make me smile! I appreciate him and his friendly character. I do wish I could have known his name to shout out to his manager he needs a raise. It was super busy at that time so he could have hurried thru but he didn't

Worst absolutely the worst. I waited for 8 tacos for 45 minutes just for them to tell me they'll start working on it. I asked for a a refund a the manager said he didn't know how to do it. Smh 😒 how did u even get hired?? Seems like no one knows what they are doing here. I got my food, it was cold. Just my luck. No refund and cold food. Jack in the Box needs too call me. I got some words for them in my grandma voice no lie 😡
