Why is the dining room closed at this location?? Clearly states that the dining room opens at 8:00 a.m. but when I got there at 8:30 it was closed and they said that it would not open. They only service they provided was drive through service.

15 minutes after 6am, opening time and the staff are standing in the lobby ignoring us at the drive thru.We drove around and they were just staring at us talking. So we just left Very annoying.

Jack in the is really stepping it up the 2 tacos with their ranch that goes with everything.The spicy chicken sandwich was one that I haven't gotten in a long time. They really stepped it up. Nice amount of crisp lettuce and tomato. If they can keep this up I will get this more often.Churros are the best that I've come across with the cinnamon filling. Also the 3 egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce is a nice one too.

Grabbed some drive thru snack the other night. Pretty sure there was only one person running the whole place. She was friendly and had a great attitude, but the fries were all in one big clump and good was mediocre at best. I can see why I don't frequent fast food places.

I stopped going to this location because almost every time I go there they forget something from my order. I understand that things happen and I usually let it slide. However, every time they do this it starts to add up with the money I spend and don’t get the food I paid for. Today I visited this location and they got everything from my order in the bag. As soon as I get home (within 5 minutes) I start taking things out of the bag and the tacos were frozen. They were warm on one side but the other side was still frozen. My fries and burger were also cold, not frozen but cold enough to where the frozen tacos made the rest of the food cold. This location just keeps getting worse.
