This Jamba always has only one person working and at least three people waiting for their order while three more people are in line. Not only is it not the way to run a business but the safety concern is there as well. There should not be one person left to run the entire establishment by themselves on such a regular basis.

I quit going to jamba when the prices jumped dramatically. I very rarely go when a friend of mine requests one, but after my last visit I am done. Its expensive, and the service at the west salem store is indifferent and borderline rude. I also think I may have ordered as someone got fired? I was told in a very sarcastic voice that I was his last customer ever, and the other girl behind the counter practically threw my drinks at me without telling me which was which. For what they charge id rather not feel like an inconvenience, so I simply wont be back.

I get ripped off every time I buy an açaí primo bowl from the west Salem location. Every other location fills the bowl but for some reason this location consistently fills the bowl half way or less. Such a rip off

Update: 5 times since this review...same thing. Garbage service. The employees need to work on better customer service. They stand and stare at you for a tip all awkwardly...like, ma'am, go make my product I just paid for. Also, shakes have huge chunks which means they aren't being blended OR they leave them to sit for too long after it has finished blending. The speed and customer service is subpar at best. This happens almost every single time, it's disappointing to say the least.

They get your order right 4 out of 5 times, which is too few times for how expensive it's gotten. Also, I don't receive points half the time. But they're really delicious when there is an employee who isn't totally green, which is seldom.
Vegetarian options: Vegan options as well.
Parking: It's a shared lot, so it's only easy to find parking when it isn't busy.
Kid-friendliness: I bring my child here often. He likes it. I wish they had child menu options.
Love going for the Acai bowls but lately the base isn't blended right and I get chunks of frozen fruit. Twice my bowl hasn't had the correct toppings and the workers get upset if brought to their attention.

This review is primarily for the cleanliness of the store. Juice smoothie was good, but the prices have totally gone wild. Almost $9.00 for a medium fruit-only drink.Okay, now, for the cleanliness issue. The lobby area is filthy! As I was waiting for my drink (and I wished I'd taken photos), I picked out some major issues. The merchandise shelving where the cups are displayed needed a total wipe down. The shelves were dusty and gross. The windowsills, windows and door needed to be scrubbed inside and out. Smudgy, dusty and buggy. The lobby garbage can had dried-on splashes of drink product with a layer of dirt and dust. Disgusting. I would suggest that management organize a after-hours top-down cleaning of the store. I would hope the lobby condition does not reflect the cleanliness of the back of the house. I will not be back to your store, at least while it is in this condition. C'mon guys!
