If the store is open, we should be able to receive service. This is the second time I've gone 30 minutes before closing and haven't been able to get fresh orange juice. The girls were in the back for at least 5 minutes before coming out. I tried calling out to no response. The music was loud. I considered walking around the counter to get their attention. I could see who I think is the lead looking at a clipboard and making notes.

My boyfriend went in around 4:45-5 and he got a Starberry banana smoothie and a gummy bear smoothie, the Starberry banana one does not taste like it at all. It taste so weird like sherbet ish taste to it, and the gummy bear one had little to no flavor. Very disappointing

If I could give this store zero stars, I would.I came in last week and my drink was chunky and tasted horrible. As I was ordering employee keila was rude and didn’t even great me with a smile. Me and my husband waited 15 minutes for two drinks!! They were also playing there music way too loud and it was explicit and completely inappropriate. Even though the service and food was inadequate, the interior was clean and nice on eyes.

I was ignored by employee Hope, and when I called to inquire the managers information I was hung up on. Not very good customer service at all, I felt very disrespected. Also not a good look for jamba juice, I used to be greated with a smile and hello not ignored and frowned upon.
