I paid 7$ for a medium cup of just ICE and like a splash of the actual drink. I asked for light ice because Jamba is known for putting more ice than anything and I still got a cup full of ice and like 1 sips out of it. Disappointing.

we ordered a waffle bowl with whip and a watermelon swirl and a carribean passion smoothies and we received the bowl with yogurt and the watermelon swirl was only halfway full and the carribean passion had a hair inside at the bottom of the drink. ugh! Not cool...we were all saddened especially since it had been a long time since we had gone into jamba!!

I get açaí bowls from here frequently. Today it was really gross. It was soggy, slimy, and had the slimy white substance throughout the whole thing. The store was really nice when I told him what had happened. However, I still feel really grossed out and had to throw away a whole açai bowl.

Thanks for bringing back oatmeal. It's best around.
$4 for a tiny breakfast sandwich. Then the lady working got all upset because I redeemed an item from rewards (which I earned for being a loyal customer and taking so many smoothie and food trips), sat outside to eat and study, then needed to use the restroom again because of my bladder issues. She got upset because I didn’t “buy” anything and wanted to use the bathroom again but was mad because I “redeemed” an item. I regret giving them business and being a loyal customer. No appreciation for my loyalty. I will NOT be returning.

This place is full of hard working, dedicated individuals who are apt to get to know you, and your soon-to-be favorite drink. (*cough* Orange Dream Machine - Psst: You're welcome! *cough*) ???They are fast, cordial, and efficient at their craft. Oftentimes they'll feature small drink samples too (at least they have quite often in my experience in-store).Of note: They're on the delivery list with at least DoorDash. I can say this with confidence... the drinks don't show up all watered down, after having melted. I'm certain it's due to the fact that it rarely (mayhaps never?) shows over a half-hour delivery time. Plus, they generally get it out to ya in less than 25ish.Enjoy!P.S.
