They need to fix food safety food issues, and retrain employees.
I had a very disgusting experience last night.
I am commenting since I see the owner is active and I can bring this up to the owner.
I walk in and I am watching the male employee make food. He picks up the Chobani yogurt and sees it’s not enough and throws it in the trash (which I can see the bin)
Then he is going around looking for more yogurts. Since he can’t seem to find it, he goes back in the trash and pulls out the yogurt from the trash and then SETS IT IN OPEN AREA WHERE THEY SCOOP THE FRUIT FOR THE SMOOTHIES. So the container is set on fruit or right next to it.
The worst part, he picked it up and that’s when I noticed he was trying to use that for MY yogurt bowl.
I stopped him and said NOOO!
The female cashier asked what happened and let her know she told him if something is in the garbage to not take it out and use it and put it back in the clean areas. She did help him find a new container and I watched him make my bowl.
But they did not clean affected potential areas or did really nothing else.
That’s food safety concerns. This is stuff I can visibly see.

I have been going almost every morning for the last couple of months. The service in the morning (7am) is amazing!!!! Finally someone who cares about their customers and works so hard. Amazing!!!

I think it really says something about an establishment that charges extra for a substitution. Im allergic to pineapple and i asked for SUB of a different juice and was charged .75 cents AND i brought my own cup. That just shows you guys are ghetto in my opinion. The smoothie really wasnt even worth the $9.50 I paid. It wasnt flavorful at all. It was like ice and fruit essentially. So good thing i paid that extra change. 10/10 would never come back. Also your bathroom is out of toilet paper.

Not cozy at all. No small tables or at least a few chairs. Nothing on the walls. No display of art. Ugly. Not inviting at all.
For a kid/small drink it was over $7. No way, rather get me a speciality coffee or something else from a drive-thru

I noticed they got new bowls and the worker said that they’re the same size as the old ones. I’m not sure if she did this on purpose but it is barely full and definitely holds less than the old ones. They are also $1 more. Very disappointed.
Inconsistent fills when you get their bowls. Overpriced and watery smoothies.
Very clean place. Friendly staff. Good service.

She has 5 customers and that is too much for her to handle. I waited 25 minutes, until I gave up. I seen her pour 2 shakes out of 5 by then. Perfect college student but not worker.
Due to recent health issues I haven't been able to swallow properly in the mornings. I started going to Jamba juice for my breakfast to help with that, and it's been a great experience. The kind employee in the morning makes it nice to go in that early, she had even advised me to get the app, which was a good choice for the reward points due to me going so often.

Blasting Mexican music, could not even hear the guy talking to me. There was 3 of them just standing around and they took 5 minutes to take my order. Horrible location
