The people here put the Crew in Java Crew. Best service every single time! They are kind, fast and always get our tricky order spot on. The coffee is delicious and the Sammie’s always hit home. Somehow EVERYTHING from service to the product are consistently great every time. Not sure how they do it but they are killing it! Y’all are appreciated, thank you 🧡

I stopped for some coffee and stumbled upon this hidden gem in Salem. The coffee was decent, but the breakfast sandwich was really good. It didn't have that microwave taste, which was surprising considering how fast it was ready.

Visiting from Michigan, wanted a good cup of coffee in the morning before our 2 hours drive. And I definitely recommend making this little coffee house a pit stop. The Carmel silk and the Bigfoot are definitely a menu favorite for me. And the fact that they turned this little home into a coffee house is so comfy and quaint. Theirs booths and tables if you wanna sit and hang. And a drive through if your still in a hurry.

Wow. Why are these employees constantly panhandling for tips? It is ridiculous for them to keep $7 in change for a tip and act mad when I ask for my change back! And even then they're like, 'Do you want it all back?' This is ridiculous—give people their change and let them put money in the tip jar if they want to. With attitudes like this, I don’t know why anyone would want to give these employees money when the owner should just be paying them a fair wage. Why am I buying overpriced coffee and also supporting your employees for you? Are they volunteers and not getting paid? Not sure if that’s legal or not. Also, the coffee literally tasted bad, and it was far too sweet. I will not be coming back.
I’d been coming to this location off of 12th street in Salem for years, but I feel I have to say something today cause my last two orders we’re not just less than favorable, they were out right BAD. Especially today, I ordered, literally about 30 minutes ago, two of my usual drinks, a fruit smoothy and a small Bigfoot, hot & with coconut milk instead of milk. I knew the moment the Bigfoot was put into my hand that something was WAY off…it was light as a feather! I’ve been gypped before by local baristas but this one takes the cheater-of-the-year award - my Small Bigfoot with coconut milk (think the small is supposed to be 12 fl oz) was more than 1/3 empty with a huge pile of steamed milk on top. I didn’t ask for steamed milk and was mad as heck to see that my cup (once I was done lividly scooping out all that unwanted steamed milk), had less than 8 ounces of actual liquid in it!!!! WTH ??!? And I paid more than 6 bucks for THAT! Yes, that ?. If I hadn’t been in a hurry to get back home and back to work, I would have driven this joke of a drink back for a refund. I didn't want it at all at this point. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back for awhile if at all. Unbelievable.

Went through this morning like I usually do and had to repeat my order to the person taking multiple times and she could still not seem to get it right , as soon as I see my drink at the window I knew it was wrong the color was completely off and I have been ordering this at least 3x a week at this point I tasted it at the window and asked what the drink was the lady at the window was extremely rude and dismissive and insisted it was the drink I ordered when I know it was not or at least it tasted completely off , no offer to remake or anything just rude attitude and disgusting poorly made “smoothie” that was supposed to be a Red Bull . It’s not that hard to make a blended redbull instead she pushed some half melted peach smoothie on me which wasn’t even the flavor I ordered originally. I feel like they were getting rid of a previous drink made
