I’ve never had a sandwich from this place that I didn’t like. Every time I go in the workers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to accommodate if any adjustments to my order were needed. I personally prefer this to any other sub shop in the Salem area!

I had a "bigger" order of 6 sandwiches to be picked up at 12. I ended up waiting until 12:30 for my order. The worker gave me some coupons for free subs, which is nice but I'm not sure i would come back here. The food was good.

Way too much oil and vinegar, and they also put pepper on it, yuk. I was lazy but should have made my own.

Asked for easy mustard on our sandwich. Does this look like easy mustard to anyone???

I LOVE Jersey Mike’s. But it is so disappointing to get home with my sandwich and be missing an ingredient every time. One time, they forgot the bacon on my club sub. The next time, there was absolutely no mayo on my sandwich. Tonight, they forgot my banana peppers. It is SO frustrating. I should not have to go back to the store for them to correct the order that should’ve been right in the first place. Staff have always been amazing, quality has always been great, but the lack of attention to the ingredients is so frustrating.

Another friendly sandwich shop. We were greeted at the order point. They were pretty busy when we were here. Sandwiches were put together in an assembly line type of manner. One of the employees was training with a more seasoned employee. They made brief conversation with us. The only down side to this location, was the tables were a little dirty and we had to wipe down our own table. Everything else was good. The sandwiches were great. Normally I’ve eaten sandwiches to go. This was the first time I ate at the shop and they were so much better eating them right away.

Been to this particular location several times now, and it's been consistently decent. They make the sandwich from start to finish in front of you, so it's pretty easy to tell if they're doing something wrong - haven't experienced any issues, but for those who are concerned about getting the wrong orders, or having ingredients added/left off, this is a plus. The quality of the food is top notch for a restaurant of this type - much, much better than Subway. Their bread has much better texture and has a nice, chew. It's not overly soft or mushy. Their gimmick is that they slice the meat and cheese when they make your sandwich, which, theoretically might make it slightly fresher than otherwise - it does add bit of time to the process though, and I'm not sure how much freshness it really adds, but it's kind of fun to watch. They have a small selection of toppings you can choose from, which all seem to be freshly prepared. I like their sweet peppers. They offer to make your sandwich "Mike's Way", which is basically putting a bunch of lettuce, some Italian seasoning, a little pepper, and some olive oil and vinegar on your sandwich.

Parking: There should be plenty of parking in the parking lot. It's much easier to enter the lot from Sunnyside than from Commercial - especially if you're heading North.

Kid-friendliness: They can make sandwiches as plain as your kids want - as long as they like bread, meat and/or cheese they should be good.

You know, I'm not a born Jersey Mike's fan, but every time I go I feel more comfortable, and the food is just great.
