Costumer service is trash here. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. They always get my orders wrong and they never apologize for their mistakes, instead they give you an attitude.

They forgot one of my sandwiches today 01/18/26 around 12:35pm. I had to go back for the other one and instead of apologizing, they just made my other sandwich with an attitude. MANAGER didn't even care...

Friend gave my an e gift card. I've heard good things about Jersey Mike's and was a little excited to get an east coast sub. Sadly didn't live up to the hype. Don't get me wrong, it was a good sandwich, just not for that price. I can get the same thing at Subway for about half the price. Good food, fast, friendly service, just to much $$$.

My favorite slick fat girl food meal. Completely with Netflix and chill or great for lunch at work but still kinda gotta work like my job is still hands on deck so i can take a quick bite and then grab the phone..less mess plus get good a price get good a li hood meal with nutrients our bodies need it's the fresh raw veggies..hoo!!!ray !!!

I’ve never had a sandwich from this place that I didn’t like. Every time I go in the workers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to accommodate if any adjustments to my order were needed. I personally prefer this to any other sub shop in the Salem area!

I had a "bigger" order of 6 sandwiches to be picked up at 12. I ended up waiting until 12:30 for my order. The worker gave me some coupons for free subs, which is nice but I'm not sure i would come back here. The food was good.
